House was comfortable but old and pretty basic. Ample towels with clean bedding. Bathroom toiletries were basic, resembling that of a low-cost motel. Neighborhood was ok - close to the highway, which was convenient but didn’t feel too safe. Overall, stay was good.

I attend the Jehovah’s witness convention annually in Kissimmee at the Silver Spurs arena and this is the second year i have stayed at the same house. Always clean and close to everything. i will be making my reservation for next year.

I highly recommended

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this house. The house was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was ideal, with easy access to Disney World. The pool was our favorite part of the house. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place.

Had a cheer event at Silverspur Arena

The beds are very comfortable and the size of the house was good for the 6 of us. Communication was excellent with the property manager. A few things could be updated. But a very comfortable and clean house.

Lake Toho Tournament

We stayed for our son’s fishing tournament at Lake Toho. The location was excellent - close to the marina and everything else in Kissimmee. The house was very comfortable and clean! We enjoyed the heated pool. Great place to stay!

Great for privacy with the family

We had such a good time in this one. Thialos was a great host, and very responsive to our questions and requests. The biggest perk was the private heated pool, which we enjoyed almost every day with the kids. Overall, the house is in a very good condition. A minor issue was that some couch pillows were dated and need to be upgraded, but that did not affect our experience.

Wonderful Property!

We had an amazing stay at this property last week! The home is beautiful and the hosts were incredible in their communication and availability. We were able to enjoy the pool everyday and having it heated in March was incredible. Our family would recommended this property and we plan on staying again! Thank you for a great week!

JW Convention 2023 Silver Spurs Arena

Nice comfortable place. Good relaxing place after a long day. Peaceful quiet neighborhood. Would recommend this for any family to stay there. Would book again. Close to shopping and restaurants. Very close to arena.

Visit Orlando

Visited Orlando to scout for a Florida residence and visit family. Property was clean and the neighborhood was family oriented. Master room bedding was poor, a soft mattress from IKEA. Kitchen appliances appear new but are low quality. It took 20 minutes for the stove oven to warmup to 400F for a pizza.

Great stay!

We had 4 adults and 2 kids (age 10) and this was a great house for us. We did have the pool heated and it was great - it actually felt heated! I have stayed at other homes where that was not the case. Host was responsive during the booking but we didn’t have any problems during our stay (yay!) and did not need to contact him further. The location was good for us, we were going to Universal. The neighborhood has a ton of cars in yards and on the streets but was still surprisingly quiet!

Perfect location for Spring Softball at Fortune Road

We just returned from a week long stay for the Spring Games college softball at Fortune Road Athletic Complex. The location of property was perfect- 5-10 minutes away (depending on traffic). The neighborhood was quiet, the house was comfortable. Large capacity washer and dryer in the garage, kitchen well equipped enough that we cooked in several nights. Enough coffee filters were provided for the duration of our stay (The little things make such a big difference!). The house was clean. One of the nicest things was the screen over the pool; we ate outside often and didn't have to worry about insects buzzing around us! The owner was very responsive to the few questions I had; I was very concerned because my mother has mobility issues but the house is a single level and the master bedroom has a walk in shower, so she was able to get around easily. Too bad my daughter is graduating and this is her last year playing or I would definitely book this house again!

Easy to find better

Clean house but not equipped (only salt and pepper, nothing else! Only one mitt to take out a dish out of the oven, no proper wine glasses, no aluminum plate, no radio, no mirror to see from top to bottom, hot and cold water are reversed on the washing machine!!!) The mattresses are too soft and very uncomfortable. It’s noisy due to the proximity of the Turnpike although the owner reassured me the contrary when I noticed, on the map, the proximity of the highway. Planes flying over many times a day, people leave theid dogs outside at night , barking at all hours. Toilet paper cannot be put in the usual place: it have to be thrown in the garbage can !,,,

The house was as listed. Very comfortable and well equipped. The beds were definitely soft, as others have mentioned, but we found them very comfortable. The home was clean homey. We were going to a convention at the Osceola Heritage Park and the house was very close! We enjoyed our stay very much and will seek this rental out on future visits to the area. Thank you so much!!

This property was clean and cool. We enjoyed the pool so much! The master shower was very nice. The beds are soft but comfortable just FYI in case you prefer firm. Would stay again.

Clean and comfy!

We needed to find a home close to the children’s hospital for family to stay and visit my son. This house was cozy and very comfortable. There is a cute Disney theme throughout which was nice too. The host was very welcoming and easy to deal with from start to finish. It really helped make a stressful time less difficult. If you are looking for a house close to the theme parks (or close to the children’s hospital) this is a nice choice.

Best Value for your money, above my expectations

I recently stayed at this VRBO property, and it far exceeded my expectations on every level—truly the best value I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I walked in, I could tell how meticulously clean the entire house was. Every inch sparkled, the bathrooms and sheets were spotless, and the rooms felt even bigger and brighter in person than in the photos.What really stood out were the thoughtful details: plenty of cups, soap, shampoo, even toys for the kids—these small touches made our stay so much more enjoyable. The modern amenities, including smart TVs and free Wi-Fi, were a welcome convenience for everyone in my group. And the pool area? Amazing Stay!!!

Everything was just as described. It was a perfect location for our family of 6 especially since we were attending a JW Convention at Silver Spurs Arena which was just 6 min away from the house. Loved how clean the house was!! Plenty of dishes, utensils, pots, pans etc.. My children loved the pool!! Beds were very soft and comfy. After having a horrible experience at another house last year, this was a wonderful surprise for us. The host was very attentive and available to answer any question or give recommendations on where to eat!! Over-all we rate this place 10 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
