Unsere 2017 komplett renovierte und größtenteils neu möblierte Erdgeschosswohnung besteht aus Wohnküche mit Eckbank, Backofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und sämtlichen Küchenutensilien, einem gemütlichem Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarer Couch, Büchern, Spielesammlung und Sat-TV, ein Schlafzimmer mit hochwertiger Matratze (160 x 200 cm), genügend Kissen und Bettwäsche, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne und Handtüchern, Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheit, Garage für Fahrräder und Parkplatz vorm Haus. Im Kühlschrank finden Sie bayerische Biere, österreichische und deutsche Weine sowie Alkoholfreies zu fairen Preisen. Ideal für 2 Personen, Hunde auf Anfrage, denn bei uns wohnen schon Hund & Katze. Eine dritte Person (Kind) ist auf Anfrage möglich. Die Kosten für eine zusätzliche Aufbettung der Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer betragen dann 10,00 EUR. Einmalige Reinigungspauschale für Hunde beträgt EUR 10,- pro Tier. Ab April 2018 bieten wir unseren Gästen auf Wunsch gratis eine Donaucard an, die von Passau über Linz bis Grein bei rund 70 Vorteilsgebern Ermäßigungen für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Freizeitangeboten von mindestens 20 % ermöglicht.
