We rent our approx. 50 sqm apartment for up to 4 people in a very quiet location. It is in the street "Am Scheidebach 8"

Distance to the beach around 850 m, 11 minutes on foot

Living room and bedroom are very nice and very new. Bathroom and kitchen have signs of wear.

Living and sleeping:
The living room and bedroom were renovated in 2019 and have been fitted with real wood parquet.
The bedroom has a large double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m and in the living room there is a sofa bed with the dimensions 2.00 m x 2.00 m to be converted.
The bedroom is equipped with blackout pleated blinds.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is from the late 80s, has a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer and a Nespresso machine.

Bath:
The bathroom still exudes the charm of the 1960s and has a full bath.

A parking space belongs to the apartment.
Pets and parties are unfortunately not allowed.
Non smoking apartment, smoke only on the balcony.

On request, a laundry package incl. Bed linen, towels, bath towel, tea towels for € 15 per person
