Penthouse on the seafront with two terraces (one covered and heated).
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc.
Probably one of the best views over the bay of Rosas, Empuries, Sant Marti ....
Restaurants and shops in the neighborhood.
The beaches around the corner. In a calm neighborhood.
The terrace can be closed on windy days with windows. For hot days there is a ceiling fan (as well as in 2 of the 3 bedrooms)
