Completely renovated in 2012, cozy non-smoking ground floor apartment with spacious living area, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with walk-in shower, storage room, satellite TV, radio, dishwasher and microwave. Separate entrance. Large garden with terrace / garden furniture and barbecue area. Parking is available on the property. Storage room for bicycles. Sheets and towels for a fee. If required garage can be rented.
Our house has been completely renovated in 2012 outside and inside. It is located in a quiet cul de sac - but still centrally located. The location of the house is ideal for the elderly as well as for younger guests. Due to the short distances to the center with the various shops, restaurants, cafes and the beautiful Sielhafen. You can easily reach everything on foot. The ground floor apartment has 77 square meters of living space and the upper apartment 63 square meters + balcony. Parking available on the property. Large garden with terrace and barbecue area available for both apartments. Overnight prices including final cleaning. Garden furniture and barbecue. Storage room for bicycles. Sheets and towels for a fee. High chair + travel cot is provided if required. If required garage can be rented.
