The main house is 3 bedroom + 2 bath house (approx 1500 sq ft) open concept living space with gourmet kitchen. There is also a detached studio/office/guest room ( approx 270 sq ft) with daybed that converts into comfy king size bed. There is an additional outdoor 1/2 bath that is a short walk from the detached guest studio.
