Are you ready for Dresden?

In my accommodation, it is a 2 room apartment in the
second floor of a 5 family house, with a size of 53 sqm.
The apartment has a very nice view of the edge of the Saxon
Switzerland and is located in a quiet residential area. So sleep on
Weekend and week, is no problem.
Since the apartment is very quiet, the connection to the center of Dresden or in the direction of Saxon Switzerland is excellent. Stand here
Bus and train available. The stops are easy to reach.
About 5 minutes walk there is a bakery and about 3 minutes by car is the Kaufpark Nickern, with many shops and a large supermarket. Nearby are also McDonald and Lidl, Aldi and Co.

freienwohnung ist fĂŒ Urlauber mit körperlichen EinschrĂ€nkungen nicht geeignet

Sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail und an viele Kleinigkeiten gedacht. Drogerieartikel im Bad, GewĂŒrze u. Ă€. in der KĂŒche, WillkommensgetrĂ€nk, Wohnung schon geheizt. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Parkplatz auf der Straße vor dem Haus. Alles toll. Kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbarer Lage vor dem Elbsandsteingebirge

Wir wurden persönlich und herzlich empfangen und in der KĂŒche wartete sogar eine kleines WillkommensprĂ€sent auf. Die Aussicht ist prima, die Wohnung ist cool eingerichtet und bietet mehr als man braucht. Die Lage im sĂŒd-osten Dresdens ist praktisch zum starten fĂŒr Radfahrer.

Das Objekt und die Ausstattung sind auf hohem Niveau! Von hier aus kann man wunderschöne Aussicht bewundern. Nur gibt es ein Problem mit dem Parkplatz (keine ParkplĂ€tze auf der Straße).

Die Wohnung ist tip top und fĂŒr 2 Personen sehr zu empfehlen. Es war alles von A-Z (Abfallbeutel bis Zucker) in der Wohnung vorhanden. Ein sehr netter Vermieter.

Die Wohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet, es hat an nix gefehlt, von der Auflaufform bis zur Vase war alles da. Der Wohnzimmerblick war wunderschön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Bushaltestelle war auch direkt in der NĂ€he und mit dem Bus ist man innerhalb einer knappen halben Stunde in der Innenstadt. Wir kommen gern wieder. :-)

Schöne Tage in Nickern

Die Fewo ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, richtig zum WohlfĂŒhlen. Die ruhige Lage und super Aussicht sind prima. Ausflugsziele, Wandermöglichkeiten und eine gute Verkehrsanbindung sind erwĂ€hnenswert.

Ferienwohnung nicht Kindgerecht fĂŒr Kleinkinder

Die Ferienwohnung ist gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet, jedoch sind die zahlreichen Glasmöbel, Dekoelemente nicht Kleinkindgerecht, sondern eher gefĂ€hrlich. Das WLAN funktionierte gar nicht, der Fernseher zeigte nur die öffentlich rechtlichen Sender (Liste sagte etwas anderes) und die Ferienwohnung heizte sich zu schnell auf (Dachgeschoss). Außerdem ist die Ferienwohnung sehr weit vom Schuss weg, aber sehr grĂŒn gelegen.
