Beautiful vacation home in SW Florida, not far from Ft. Myers Downtown, with easy access to I-75. Within 25 minutes (21 miles) you are at the famous outlet malls such as Miromar Outlets and Coconut Point Mall. 24 miles to Fort Myers Beach and only 10 miles more to Bonita Beach. The famous baseball stadiums are only 7. 6 miles away. Quiet location in Lehigh Acres with quick access via Interstate 75 to all major amusement parks in Orlando Tampa ect. (approx. 2 hours driving time). 10 minutes from Airport RSW.

Great stay!

Great house- overall a wonderful stay. We had an issue with the water (low water pressure and rotten egg smell) but the property manager responded timely. If you don’t mind driving this is a great place to stay.

Nice House

The house was very large and great for a big family. The kitchen was well stocked could have used a crock pot and some baking dishes. The pool was unusable until the last week we were there due to the weather because it is solar heated. The beds were very comfortable. Had some water issues that were resolved in a timely manner. Our only disappointment was the cleanliness, we feel it could have been a little better we did a lot of cleaning when we arrived.. We would totally recommend this property.

Great spacious home

Stayed here for Baseball tournament in Ft Myers . House was bigger than it looked and very clean. Pool was great and we had a great time. Very close to fields and town.

We just checked out today!

The house is very nice, clean and huge. Plenty of room and closet space. The jacuzzi tub was a bonus. Looked just like the pictures. My 15 year old son loved it! We actually were getting lost in the house first day. Pool is on the smaller side but nice. They have a grill there but, we didn’t use it. The laundry room was also a bonus seeing we were there for a baseball tournament and needed to do laundry daily. Neighborhood was very quiet. No one bothered you and you didn’t really see anyone. We were close enough to stores and dining. There is no cable but they do have a fire stick. But not much to do in the area. Biggest down fall was it rained everyday of our vacation and then the rest of the day would be overcast! Bad time of year in Florida. Overall thought the house was awesome!!! Was able to email owner and got a quick response.

Trip to see our daughters and meet newest grandkids.

This is a beautiful house to stay for a visit. There is plenty of room for company to come for dinner, visit, and hang out by the pool. We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. We would stay again. Close to Fort Myers shopping, and close enough to the beach and fishing.

This house was everything it was advertised!!! The pool was clean and warm. The rooms were clean and ready for guests. The large master bed/bath was the icing on the cake. The house was very spacious and felt like home. Hoping to book again soon!

Great house for a baseball trip

We came to Fort Myers for two baseball tournaments over a 10 day span. We definitely wanted some space instead of being cooped up in a hotel room. Also, with so many baseball teams in town we definitely wanted to get a house with a washer and dryer instead of fighting for one at a hotel. For the price and the amenities, this house did the job. We played most of our games at the 5Plex or Terry Park. It was a short 10 minute drive to those fields. It is also a 15 minute drive or so to Jet Blue Park. Major fast food and grocery stores are about a 5-10 minute drive away depending on what you want. The house was great. Lots of space to either hang out together or to space out. The pool and patio was nice. My wife would hang out next to the pool and read each day. I would say if you are in town for baseball, definitely look into this property.

Well worth it!!!!!

We had a wonderful time enjoying the house and the pool it was very nice to things I did not like the pool was very cold it is not heated and the spa tub was dirty When I filled up the tub and I started the Jets a whole bunch of black mold started shooting up my son scream when I filled up the tub and I started the Jets a whole bunch of black mold started shooting up my son scream other than that it was a great place!!!!

Relaxing, quiet neighborhood.

The property was clean and nicely furnished. Pool was too cold to use in February even though it was heated, but a lively place to relax. There are not too many places to eat within a short distance. Publix is close and fast food.
