About this property

New Modern Vacation Home on a budget! Smart TV only. NO CABLE

We realize we’re a bit further from the beach than most vacation rentals. But we’ve made sure our home has all the amenities. Unlike some VRBO’s we stock extra towels, complimentary soap, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, lotion and cleansing bars.

You’ll find the kitchen is also fully stocked even with plentiful complementary k cups for the Keurig. We don’t mind if you help yourself to our spices or something in the pantry! Just don’t expect it to be restocked during your stay!

The home has an open floor plan which encompasses three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a modern kitchen. The master suite is separate from the other bedrooms which ensures you will have your own private space or plenty of space for a crib!

Outdoor lounge seating as well as a grill will complete your ideal vacation stay.

Going to the beach? Take the complimentary beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach toys with you.

Want to know about the location? The home is ideally positioned where you can enjoy the proximity to the restaurants, shopping such as: Wendys, Culvers, Dunkin Donuts, Taco Bell, Perkins, Wal-Mart, Publix, Shop n Save, Aldis, Winn Dixie and many other stores all of which are a 2-minute drive.

We were in ft meyers area for mn twins spring training games. This property was close to the ball park and airport. The little “extras” they had at the house were perfect - coffee, shampoos, body wash and beach supplies and etc. they were very accommodating with an early check in for us, too. Would definitely stay here again.

The ad leads one to believe the property is close to the Spring Training ball fields. Yes, close considering it was closer than a drive from Tampa. This is definitely a clean property in the, a generous term, “affordable” neighborhood. No cable TV. Only one TV in living room. None in bedrooms. Unless you are used to sketch, do not stay here.

Comfortable, spacious home with all the amenities (except a corkscrew, which we were happy to provide!) Very easy booking, responsive property manager - had a wonderful few days in the sun. Not close to beach, but a great value!

Our experience

We arrived to find that 2 closets and the garage were locked off from us after being clearly pictured. No indication in listing this was so. Also locked out of ant mail service. Unknown. Floors very dirty, with no vacuum or viable mop to clean them. Borrowed mop and vacuum from our daughter. Shower was excellent. Owner was responsive to new filter needed in fridge, and we worked out front door lock repair together. Plenty of linens, towels, . Washer ,dryer, dishwasher worked well. Worked for what we needed.
