Perfect for what we needed

The house was clean! NOT even any cockroaches, which we actually expected because it is Florida! Really close to restaurants and stores. Everything was in working condition.

Charming well-appointed home

We enjoyed our stay at this home very much. It was charmingly decorated stocked with everything you would need for your stay. It is well manicured on the outside with a cozy backyard and screened in porch. We give it five stars.

Good location for what we needed

We enjoyed our stay here, we were in town for a baseball tournament and had to travel daily to many fields and locations. This house was about 15-20 each direction to where we needed to be. The beach towels were so appreciated, and the coolers were a great addition for us during the tournaments.

Amazing home! Very clean and extremely comfortable for our family of 5

The house was very clean and had a lot of space for us. We had so much fun relaxing at the house after a long day at the beach. The location is close to 75 so it is easy to hop on the highway if you want to head down to Naples or head up to Tampa which we did both. It is also only a 35 minute drive from Sanibel and captiva which are beautiful just make sure you leave early enough to beat the traffic. We will definitely stay here again.

"Guys" long weekend get-away

The Ephraim property was just right. It was clean, well-apportioned and well-located to all the activities we wanted. It was easy driving distance to the beach, golf and public pickleball courts. The fence-in backyard and patio are great. Our contact/host Andy was very helpful and pleasant. We all agreed we'd use this property again.

Pleasant Getaway

Our stay at this home included two couples. We explored the area from Naples up to Punta Gorda, from Sanibel/Captiva to Cape Coral & at the end of our stay we all agreed this home was a good central location. Many restaurants are in the immediate area, many shopping options are available & many entertainment options are an easy drive. The home is in an older neighborhood but has had a face-lift making the description mid-century modern most appropriate. The amenities & specifics of the property are as stated in the description. We suggest adding a more detailed description about using the Smart TVs. Admittedly the 4 of us are senior citizens & have only just added YouTubeTV, AppleTV, etc in our own homes. Thus, we are novices with the streaming process & did not think to pack our passwords! We did not contact the office for assistance as we had our devices & could read local & national news online if we wished to do so. One reviewer mentioned the clear bathroom windows being a problem; they have been changed to frosted glass. The bedroom on the back side of the house needs a good floor cleaning as the corners of the room are collecting dirt. And both bathroom rugs need washing. Overall, we were most pleased with our stay! We’ve already looked at booking for a similar time next year but it appears others beat us to the idea.

Ft Myers Winter Visit

We enjoyed our stay at this mid century modern property. The property manager was immediately responsive to our needs. The property is nicely landscaped and in a walkable neighborhood, and is also centrally located for shopping and restaurants. The only suggestions would be a little warmer water for showers and a few more details on running the Apple TV

Fort Myers’s Getaway

Awesome location, close to beach, spring training, downtown, airport, and lots of restaurants. Room for lots of people and private back yard. Great stay except shower drain backs up and bathroom windows lack privacy.
