Modern vacation villa, heated pool, quiet location

House Falcon is located across from Lake Denise, a lake north of Lehigh Acres. The palm-lined driveway leads to the garage with remote control. The house is on 3500 m2 of land with 150 m2 of living space and heated pool. In Winter some nights could be cold and even frosty, during that cold snap the pool will not reach plesant temperatures despite heating.. The recently renovated house is equipped with TV, DVD, HiFi, alarm system, remote controlled garage door and Hi Speed Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi). The bedroom is also equipped with a flat screen. One bathroom has a shower and the other has a bathtub. The all-day sunny pool deck with sun loungers, dining table and private barbecue convinced by privacy and pleasant location. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposer and a large fridge for self-catering. The location away from the main road brings peace, yet house 'Falcon' is easy to reach and surrounded by nice neighbourhood. The pool deck is sunny all day long for sunbathing, surrounded by palm trees and bushes and very private. The dining area is covered and protected from rain and sun.


Climate: Here in Lehigh Acres winter and summer temperatures are pleasant, the pool is inviting because of the heating also in most winter days. Thanks to the location, summer months at a safe distance from the coast region guarantee a relaxing holiday.

In order to provide maximum safety , our vacation home will be cleaned and sanitized after each party,.
We sanitize with latest technology germicidal UV-C equipment.

Furthermore, after cleaning the house is kept vacant for 3 days without being entered by anyone but the next arriving tenants. No personal contact is required for check-in and check-out.

Very good Villa

Very good villa. Clean, and up to date kitchen. Both Harald (owner) and Ed (maintenance) were very helpful . Lovely private pool area. Would happily stay here again. Very pleasant area, with walks around nearby small lakes. Highly recommended.

We were very impressed with how clean and neat the house was. The owner was very helpful and attentive. We would love to go back except it was so far from the ocean, and with the crazy traffic, it was a chore to get there.

Great Value and Super Owner

We enjoyed the month of January at Falcon House in Lehigh Acres. The home was exactly as described in the information provided on VRBO. The location is in a quiet neighborhood on a cull de sac near a nice 9 hole golf course. We had a good time and look forward to a return visit in the future. Our only wish was that the pool had a heater to supplement the solar one. The owner was super to deal with. He truly understands hospitality!

Our stay

Area is lacking in places to eat; only fast food places. We found a breakfast & lunch restaurant in Lehigh Acreas Publix shopping center. Family owned, extremely nice people & excellent food. I would have felt more comfortable at night if the security alarm was activated while we were in the house sleeping not just activated while we were out. Walking around the area I noticed many ADT security & those were for at home & out Management was extremely nice & helpful.

Clean but small

We spent a little over two months at this venue. First it was clean, comfortable and the owner was very responsive when we encountered problems. We were disappointed in the bathrooms. This is an older venue and they used to do things differently back then. There was no storage room or counter space in the bathrooms. In the kitchen there was only one cupboard that was available to stock groceries, but we made it work. If we were coming for a shorter time, we would definitely book this place again.

Wir (2 Erw. +1 Kind) waren im Juli 2018 für 5 Nächte im Haus Falcon. Dort haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet (sogar Fahrräder und Luftmatratze), sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend- Tankstelle, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kontakt zum Vermieter war jederzeit möglich und sehr freundlich. 100% weiterzuempfehlen Vielen Dank Familie Schulze

Modern, spotless house

We really enjoyed staying at your modern, spotless house in Lehigh Acres. The pool was well taken care of along with the exterior of the property. The whole house had new tile floors, and new paint. Furniture was comfortable and looked like it was new. Kitchen was well equipped and had nice appliances. We had plenty of TV channels along with Netflix. The neighborhood was quite and we felt safe at night. We had to call the owner one time and he came to repair our tv problem in 5 minutes. We got to be good friends with the owner and I hope we will be able to stay at this property again in the future. Thank you for providing a nice place to stay when your away from home. Thank you, it was a pleasure meeting you and staying in your house

Hallo Harald,Hallo Edward, Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage,waren bereits das zweite mal in Eurem Haus.An Ausstattung ist alles im Haus was man für einen Urlaub braucht,vor allem der Grill !!! Haben Ihn ausgiebig genutzt.Das Haus ist zentral gelegen so das man Ausflüge kreuz und quer durch Florida machen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder. LG die 3 Wollis

Wann würde das Haus renoviert ist fraglich,aber nicht vor kurzem,alles ist in die Jahre gekommen,auch das Mobiliar, Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Die Webseite, und Infos über das Haus sind nicht uptodate... Swimmingpool und Swimmingpool Bereich überhaupt nicht sauber,den schutz screen, sehr schmutzig...Man bezahlt einen "cleaning Gebühr"...Aber man mußt selbst sauber machen...Der Vermieter nett,aber um Antwort,oder besser gesagt Ausrede,nicht verlegen. Leider kann ich das Haus nicht weiter empfehlen, schon gar nicht für das Geld...Noch eine Anmerkung,mit Sicht auf Lake Denise See,ist nicht richtig...

Schöne und ruhige Wohngegend

Nette gemütliche Unterkunft. Wir hatten das Haus für gut 3 Wochen gemietet. Es war so wie beschrieben. Alle Utensilien für den täglichen Gebrauch sind vorhanden. Die Gegend ist wirklich schön, viel Natur um das Haus herum. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war echt freundlich. Als das Internet ausfiel würde sich sofort gekümmert. Also wir kommen wieder. Beautiful Vacation!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house! The pool always has a bit of shade. The owners have thought of everything; gas grill, poolside loungers, pool toys, extra towels... beach chairs, umbrella and cooler to go to the beach! The only downfall was the tap water was not suitable for drinking. I wish I had thought to bring a filter. It was easy enough to buy water, the store is just a few blocks away. The owner was out of town, but Ed the caretaker was incredibly pleasant! The smoke alarm was activated by a grilling mishap- Ed came right over to make sure all was taken care of! We enjoyed shopping in town, visiting the citrus farm, seeing animals at the Shell Factory, visiting Jet Blue park, going to Ft. Myers Beach and most of all, bumming around the pool at this house.

Falcon House vacation stay

My wife and I stayed for the month of February 2016. Nice clean and up-to-date 2 bedroom pool home. Being situated in Lehigh Acres was a plus, no traffic like in Fort Myers or other towns closer to coast, but an easy drive if you want to go. Only a 30 minute drive to the casino and about 35 minutes to the dog races in Naples. Harald, the owner, added a solar cover and take up reel to roll it up for the pool, helped with keeping the water warmer along with the solar assist on the roof. Garage was a plus because be brought our motorcycle with us to ride the back roads of Florida. Quiet street and good place for children. Would stay again if going to this area.

wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus

wir hatten zu dritt wunderschöne erholsame zwei Wochen in diesem schön und zweckmäßig eingerichteten Ferienhaus.. es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. besonders schön der Pool und die wirklich ruhige Lage mit tropisch anmutender Atmosphäre -- mit dichter Palmhecke rund um die Poollandschaft -- sehr schön. Das Haus ist sauber und hübsch wohnlich eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war zu jeder Zeit vorbildlich und sehr gut . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.. und gut zu erreichen - wir haben nichts vermisst somit haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt..wir können dieses Haus jederzeit weiter empfehlen. vielen Dank nochmal an den Vermieter für alles..

Thrilled with "Falcon"

My husband and I spent from December 29, 2014 - January 16, 2015 at this delightful house in Lehigh Acres. It was absolutely perfect for our wants and needs. We had the fortune to meet both Ed [the maintenance man who greeted us and was our contact person if needed] and Harald [the owner]. Both were very nice and concerned with our comfort while we were residents at "Falcon". You could tell that both people were invested in seeing that their renters were comfortable and taken care of during their stay. The house is extremely well-maintained. You can tell it has recently been updated, as everything was in top working condition. The pictures are extremely accurate as to the appearance of the house, and the paint, floors, and furnishings are all new and well maintained. Both in the kitchen and throughout the house, it was equipped with everything we wanted and needed. It was awesome to be able to slide open the wall with the patio doors and allow the outside to come inside. The fact that the pool and patio area were totally screened in allowed us to have the door open without fearing bugs flying inside. We enjoyed sitting at the table out by the pool. While neither of us are swimmers, I did enjoy dipping my toes in the water several times during our stay. I was pleasantly surprised at how warm the water was for my enjoyment! Harald maintains his outside spaces - the yard was mowed while we were there and the "pool guy" came twice while we were there. During our last week there, my husband became seriously ill. Both Ed and Harald kept a check on us, and Harald extended extra days as needed at Falcon until my husband could regain his strength to travel. This meant a great deal to us, as we were alone in the area and it's frightening to be ill in a strange place. Thank you, Ed and Harald. I cannot say enough nice things about this property and owner. Personally, I would not change one thing about it. It is extremely easy to find, and is close to grocery stores, restaurants, and general shopping. We will definitely look to stay in Falcon again next year when we leave the Iowa winters behind and head toward Florida paradise.

Perfect vakantiehuis

Wij verbleven van 1 sept tot 14 sept. 2014 in dit vakantiehuis. Het huis is schoon, heeft privacy en een mooi zwembad. Alles wat nodig is voor een fijne vakantie is aanwezig. We hebben heerlijk geslapen op een goede kwaliteit bedden. Als wij in de buurt zijn zullen wij zeker weer voor dit huis kiezen.

Nur auf den ersten Blick günstig

Das Haus ist soweit ok. Das bei unserer Ankunft abends um 22:00 Uhr die Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet war und im gesamten Haus eine Temperatur von über 35° Celsius herrschte, war überhaupt nicht schön. An Schlaf war vor 4 Uhr morgens nicht zu denken. So etwas kennen wir nicht, normalerweise ist die Temperatur auf ca. 22° C eingestellt, jedenfalls bei allen bisherigen Häusern. Der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer ist mit 22" viel zu klein, außerdem kein SAT-TV, sprich nur ca. 10 lokale Sender. Highspeed-Internet wird versprochen, eine Download-Geschwindigkeit von ca.0,5 MB/Minute ist die Tatsache. Damit ist z.B. kein E-Mail-Abruf mit Outlook möglich. Für eine von uns verloren gegangene Fernbedienung fürs Garagentor wurde die komplette Kaution einbehalten. Wir können dieses Haus absolut NICHT weiterempfehlen. die Einrichtung ist Standard und es ist sauber, aber der Rest... ohne Worte

Schöner Langzeitaufenthalt

Wir waren vom 27.11.2012 - 27.12.2013 im Haus Falcon. Das Haus liegt in einer guten, ruhigen Wohngegend auf einem Eckgrundstück und ist gut ausgestattet, auch was Handtücher usw. betrifft, entspricht der Beschreibung in Portal. Wir haben alles sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden. Besonders angenehm ist der große Pool, der wöchentlich geprüft und gewartet wird. Schön ist auch die dazugehörige Terrasse wo man gemütlich Frühstücken und Abendessen kann. Die vielfältigenen Einkaufmöglichkeiten / Supermärkte Publix, Sweetbay, Walmart, / Liquorstores und Outlets sind mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen. Die Kontaktaufnahme war einfach und unkompliziert. Bei Problemen war der Housekeeper bzw. der Eigentümer schnell ansprechbar / leicht erreichbar. Für die Sicherheit während Abwesenheit, sorgt eine leicht bedienbare Alarm-anlage. Angenehm ist auch das zur Verfügung gestellte Handy, was einen der Suche nach USA-Telefonkarten enthebt und sich unkompliziert aufladen läßt. Die Austattung des Hauses mit Energie effizienten Anlagen ist ein weiteres Plus bezüglich der Umwelt und der Kosten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wieder kommen !

Very Modern Comfortable Well Kept Home

We stayed in this home for 2 weeks and we were thoroughly impressed with everything about the home. Neighborhood was very nice, quiet and easy to access. Beautiful pool..very private clean and well cared for. The home is very modern, clean and very comfortable to stay in with all the amenities one would need. Upon arrival we were greeted by the homeowner who showed us through the house and he was a pleasure to get to know. This home was centrally located and easy to access other locations eg... West Palm Beach area...Fort Myers, Port Charlotte etc..... All being said if you are considering traveling to this area we would highly recommend this home and we consider ourselves fortunate that we were able to find and stay in this wonderful home. Really nice house

We spend the last week of March 2011 in this villa. It was even better than we expected. We got a friendly welcome from the owner and he was available whenever we needed something. The house is nicely decorated and really clean. The whole house is recently renovated with handicraft. We very much enjoyed the nice warm pool and the privacy around the pool area. The big gasBBQ is also very nice when you like to spend a day at the pool. Lehigh Acres is also a good place to start your trips to Ft Myers, the Gulf Coast or the Everglades. We had a very nice time and when we visit Florida again we will definitely return to this villa
