Our cozy 55sqm apartment is located on a sunny south-facing slope with a view of the Ore Mountains. Approximately The forest begins 50 m behind the apartment and invites you to take peaceful walks through the nearby and wider Lauter-Bernsbachs surroundings.

The apartment has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower and free WiFi. The apartment is equipped with u. a. with underfloor heating, TV, radio, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und eine Ferienwohnung, bei der alles benötigte zur Verfügung steht. Sogar ein kleiner Kinderspielplatz ist auf dem Grundstück vorhanden.

Schlafplatz

Wir sagen das die Schlafplätze nur für 3 Personen sind. Schlafzimmer ganz normal aber die Schlafcouch ist nicht für zwei Leute gedacht obwohl da unsere Kinder 12 und 15 Jahre drauf geschlafen haben war es trotzdem einfach zu eng. Sonst eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit super Lage. Einkaufszentrum einmal um die Ecke. Der Ausblick ins Tal unglaublich. Das Objekt klingt sehr zentral im Erzgebirge. Bis zum Skigebiet waren es 30/40 min mit dem Auto. Sehr ruhige Lage zum entspannen. Vermieter sehr freundlich. Parkplatz für ein Auto ist vorhanden. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zu Frieden. Es ist zu empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage mit toller Aussicht

Die gemütliche Südausgerichtete Souterrainwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was wir für einen schönen Urlaub benötigen. 2 Gasthäuser mit guter Küche und freundlichem Personal sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen, genau wie ein gut sortierter Discounter mit Bäckerei. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen.
