This is my second time staying on the property. Lydia is very accommodating and I love seeing the pups, goats and other wildlife on the property. This is my go to place to stay while visiting family every year. So much better than a hotel.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with all that was needed. The farm atmosphere was enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again when we visit our grandchildren in Tyler.

Perfect place to stay to attend a wedding at the Villa. Only 4 minutes away, clean, exactly as pictured, and a beautiful relaxing setting. Loved having a cup of coffee on the front porch while watching the sheep graze in the morning. Had everything we needed and more. Would only suggest you bring a lighted make-up mirror if you need that sort of thing.Take it slow on the driveway and make sure you catch all the things to see. Beautiful creek and wildflowers, and deer!

Absolutely loved this place! Exactly as pictured! My favorite parts were the visits from the hen, rooster, and sweet pup! So peaceful and will most definitely visit again!

The cottage was very clean and the perfect weekend getaway for us. Our pup loved the adventure trails around us and even met a new little friend (the neighbor dog). I definitely recommend!

Great stay at the cottage

We loved this little cottage, the peaceful surroundings, the nature & the amazing hospitality from the hosts. They were incredible helping us turn around a large uhaul and trailer, making sure we were able to safely get out the next morning. I wish we could have stayed longer.
