Well maintained apartment with sunny terrace for 4 persons + 1 toddler. The apartment is ideal for families with children and in just a few minutes to reach the Baltic Sea beach.
The apartment is located directly on the park and only 150m from the forest and the forest sports field. In just a few minutes walk to the town center and the beach.
The apartment consists of a tiled living room with sofa and armchair, coffee table, dining table with 4 chairs, sideboard, fitted kitchen with oven + ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, two separate bedrooms, one with double bed and cot, one with two separate single beds, both rooms with wardrobe and bedside table, shower / WC with underfloor heating. Separate storage for bicycles and beach equipment in the garden. Parking in front of the house. Large garden with swings and slide, a clothes dryer is available. Sat-TV, music system with DVD / CD and W-Lan. Separate entrance with private mailbox.

Zu zweit haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt: Lage, Ausstattung und Wohnungsgröße sind für uns ideal.
Wir kommen oft und gern nach Dahme, die Wohnungen von Koch sind unter unseren Favoriten.

Allerdings gab es auch etwas zu bemängeln... die Stufe zu dem Schlafbereich ist nicht wirklich sichtbar...man kann sich sehr leicht die Zehen stoßen oder über sie stolpern. Desweiteren, wie auch schon des öfteren in dem Gästebuch beschrieben, sind die Betten wohl nicht mehr die neuesten. Bei jeder Bewegung ein quietschen...
Ansonsten war es ein schöner Urlaub

Wir haben 2 Wochen in der Wohnung Koch 1 gewohnt und es hat uns grundsätzlich gut gefallen. Die
Wir haben 2 Wochen in der Wohnung Koch 1 gewohnt und es hat uns grundsätzlich gut gefallen.
Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und die Schaukel im Garten wurde sehr viel genutzt.
Leider fährt der Bollerwagen nicht mehr ganz so gut aber er war nutzbar.
Was wirklich sehr unangenehm war, ist die Schwelle zum Höhenausgleich zwischen Wohnzimmer und den Schlafzimmern. Wir Erwachsene und vor allem die Kinder haben sich dort sehr oft dran verletzt. Durch die gleichen Fliesenfarbe fällt die Schwelle kaum auf aber ist sehr schmerzhaft wenn man dagegen stößt. Vielleicht kann man sie etwas markieren oder erkenntlicher machen?!
