About this property

Awesome 3BR/2BA Home, Private Pool (Extra Daily Charge to Heat), Disney Theme!

Disney theme parks are a short 20 minutes away. With a private pool and plenty of space, when you’re not spending time at the theme parks, you’ll be glad you booked this Disney themed house. The pool can be heated to 84 degrees Fahrenheit for a $30 daily charge - requested in one lump sum amount prior to my turning it on.

The master bedroom and queen bedroom have windows to the pool. The master has its own bathroom. The two-twin bedroom is located toward the front of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, oven, pots, pans, plates, bowles, and all the other utensils necessary to prepare your favorite dishes. The living room contains a couch that can fold out into a queen bed.

Our home is equipped with WiFi and a TV with cable. There is also a foosball table and a washer/dryer in the garage.

The backyard contains a barbecue grill, Grill utensils and tools are located in the cupboard above the stove.

Close-by there is a playground for kids and a community tennis court.

We LOVED our stay at this location! We were on a family Vacation visiting Florida so we could experience Disney & this home allowed us to only be 25 minutes from there & also other main attractions. The house had a pool which my grandkids really enjoyed! We stayed there in April 2026 & we were unsure if we needed to have the pool heated. The owner allowed us the option to decide if we wanted to pay to heat the pool once we arrived. Every other home I had looked into said we had to decide & pay in advance! Happy to say the pool was warm enough to spare the expense of heating the pool. The owner of this home was exceptional in being accommodating & his response time was also exceptional. I had some small concerns & the owner was very interested in receiving my feedback @ immediately said he will make those changes! Over all I give my stay at this home (which became our home away) a 4 star. Dealing with the owner directly with my many questions before choosing his home, I give him a 5 star as he was amazing with responding almost immediately to answer my many many questions!
