The villa was very clean and tidy upon arrival of which we tried to replicate on departure. Our hosts were very informative with check in details and tips for the area. Very family friendly villa with entertainment for all ages. The pool and pool area were very clean and tidy with good outdoor furniture and a bbq for those that use them and the pool itself was ideal, heated to a nice temp and a nice size to swim and relax in. Even though the villa is a little further out it is very easy to get to.

Place is beautiful and we had a great time as planned all went well but the place was inside and outside wasn't as clean as it looks in pictures..we dealt with it as best as we could and enjoyed our stay..

Everything at the villa was as described, clean, everything you could need for your stay. The heated pool is a huge bonus and we enjoyed it every day! Lots of local places to visit. It was nice meeting you the other day when we were planting some new flowers for the fall and we hope you have a good trip home. I did check the refrigerator water filter door on the bottom and found it just needed to be pushed harder to get it to latch. But to correct that we will be replacing that part so it is not a problem for any future guests. We hope that you will consider our villa in the future.

Fantastic holiday villa equipped with everything we needed for a lovely stay. Incredibly clean and well maintained, and we very much enjoyed the pool and the games room. Communication was excellent from the beginning. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa to friends and family. We will certainly be back in the future!

The house was exactly as described with about everything you could need for your stay. We were in the home 8 weeks and were disappointed when it was time to leave as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lee & Kae were absolutely wonderful and we couldn't have asked for better people to rent from. We will be renting longer next year since we had such a good experience this year.

Had a great stay at this beautiful home. I would definitely recommend this spot as an excellent place to stay. We really enjoyed sitting out by the pool just relaxing. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the pool because the heat to the pool was turned off due to possible weather conditions and the pool water was freezing cold; however, the weather turned out beautiful and we still enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again should we visit this area again.

Great Stay

Close to many areas in Orlando. Communication great with owners. Only thing that was a bit concerning was the cameras in the pool area but description did mention cameras on property..

The reason we have the cameras was because of a recommendation from a Deputy Sherrif about 13 years ago. According to him, at that time the statistics they had were that cameras better for security than local alarm companies systems. It also allowed the Sherrif's Dept to more likely catch an offender. After 12 years we've never had an issue with someone trying to break in, but I must admit our community has not had a high incident rate of any crime.

Great place to stay in the Orlando area

We enjoyed our stay at the property and felt it was an excellent "home base" for Disney, universal, Tampa gulf beaches and Atlantic beaches. The property was thoroughly cleaned and our kids loved the pool. There are many close amenities as well.
