The house has 4 bedrooms and big living room and dining area. comfortable mattresses. coffee is provided! everything is clean and sanitized! Hardwood floors throughout. Quiet! Safe! Clean and Private! If you need, we can provide beds as many as 10. Easy parking! you can park on driveway or along the street. you can also park in the garage.

The layout of this house is ok if you plan on just sleeping there. There are 4 good-sized bedrooms, each with one bed and very minimal furniture. The other two beds are in the living room (no privacy), leaving just one couch for a house that is supposed to sleep up to 12 people. The only common space that everyone in our party fit in was the kitchen, and the chairs got uncomfortable. And there were only 8 chairs. If you are looking for spacious and comfy, this is not the place for you.Other issues:* Moldy shower curtains in both bathrooms* No dishwasher soap to run the dishwasher* Master bedroom had a broken side table* Water damage in ceiling in master bath* No iron in ironing box, so no way to iron (which we actually needed, as we had traveled from out of state for a graduation)* Shades in living room didn't work, and a cloth was nailed or stapled over the biggest window in the living room, so it couldn't let light in* We were booked for 8 people, and there was only silverware for 6 and limited dishes. We had to wash everything after every meal.* Sealed curtains in bedrooms, so couldn't open to let light in* Back door was unlocked when we arrived
