Unit was clean and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was quite small; coffeepot kept tripping a fuse. It was adequate housing for 2 people. Not fantastic but certainly not terrible. Convenient location for sure!

Our stay here was wonderful! The property manager was quick to respond to any messages. Our children (7, 5, and 2), as well as us parents, thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities the hotel had to offer!

Great location with all amenities. So much to do on the property from water parks, pools, ping pong, shuffleboard, parks, and right on the beach. They have plenty of staff for ease of check in. Would definitely come back.

Great stay!

Great view - room was clean, had an extra sink which was nice to have. Kids (7 and 10yo) thoroughly enjoyed the property (basketball, heated outdoor pool, slides, table tennis, playground, volleyball, etc.). There's so much to do. Everything is here that you need. We will definitely be back!

Great Complex with everything needed

The Dunes has everything for a family - from beach location, outdoor pools, indoor pools and indoor water play area. My 4 year old wore herself out everyday. Short drive to Boardwalk and anything else you want to do!

Small but Sufficient

The resort is a great place to take young children. My kids loves the indoor waterpark. The room was as described and had everything that my family needed. One of the tvs was difficult to connect to the wifi and the host was unable to assist and offered the resort wifi help number when it was more of a tv issue. The beach was easily accessible and the balcony offered a great view.

Water park amenities great; room not so much

The resort itself was great due to having 2 indoor water parks (4 slides, lazy river in which you could float and still watch your kid play, hot tubs, and indoor pools. Even though it’s “indoors,” windows/doors are open so you still get ocean breeze), several outdoor pools, lazy river, Italian ice sold at pool side, and a pool side bar. The room itself was nothing more than a motel 6 room. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. There was mold growing on the ceiling. We received 1 wash cloth for a 7 day stay, so I would recommend bringing your own.

It was too small for more than 2 people. There was food on floor between stove,cabnet. Kitchenette not supplied efficiently. When i asked was told to bring my own kitchensupplies. Never again..

I liked the ocean front room. It was clean. I did not like the late check in time and early check out time. I got a lot of communication about all the fees I would get charged if I messed anything up, but why then are the sheets and covers white??? We are staying the the beach with SAND. How am I supposed to enjoy myself if I'm having to worry about being clean so I don't stain or mess up anything. I understand those things are expensive to replace, but lets have common sense. Use darker colors and a little flexibility. Next time, I'll have to bring my own linens and stuff so I don't mess up theres by accident.

Featuring a 30,000 square-foot, heated indoor water park facility. This is a truly great resort and convenient to the beach and the indoor waterpark is AMAZING.
