You will love it being here!! Two minutes walking from Saint Louis Trail .

NO GUARANTEE OF AVAILABILITY).Rustic log style furnishings. The generous 1,800 square foot Villa sleeps 8 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, comforting fireplaces, televisions, a patio, 2 balconies, washer/dryer, kitchen & dining area.

The kitchen is complete with all major appliances dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, single cup coffee maker, toaster, dinnerware, eating utensils and basic cookware.
To maximize your rental experience please consider bringing any special items you may need. There is a 24 hr convince store located inside the resort lobby, should you forget something.

House keeping services are not provided for stays shorter then 7 nights. Guests are encouraged to take advantage of the full size washer and dryer to launder the existing towels and linens for a fresh supply.

*Villa toiletries (paper towels, toilet paper) will be provided but are based on the amount of people/duration of your stay.
Should you feel more is needed while on your stay please feel free to visit the General Store located inside GrandBear Resort.

The space was very, very large. Plenty of room for 6 adults, probably more than 6, actually. Everything was clean and exactly as expected. When staying in a vacation rental I typically bring along extra toilet paper, trash bags, cleaning supplies and a knife sharpener. I did not use any of the normal things I need because the villa was fully stocked, including a drip coffee pot AND a Keurig.Putt putt was a lot of fun for a chill, final night activity and we really enjoyed the outdoor bar with live music.

Our stay was great. We really liked the condo and the location. They were short on hand towels, and no soap or shampoo was provided, so bring your toiletries. Also, advertised no fees, but we ended up being charged 90 for the cleaning fee. Not an unreasonable fee, just misleading when "no fees" are advertised. We recommend this villa, and would love to stay again. Thanks!
