Cheery 2-BDRM in East Rochester! w/onsite parking

Relax and unwind in this lovely updated home on a quiet street of East Rochester!

Centrally located between Penfield and Pittsford, with quick access to 490 Expressway. Parking for two cars in driveway.

Spring Lake Park is just around the corner with a playground for children, off leash area for dogs, plus Irondequoit Creek for anglers!

The kitchen features a gas range and is fully equipped for at-home cooking!

I want to enjoy your stay and won`t be onsite, but if you have any emergency please phone Cheryl at the number provided.
NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $200 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Pets are welcome w/ prior approval; I kindly ask that they please stay off of the furniture.

Please note my pet fee is $25/night/pet and will be requested about a week before your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.

The house was lovely, very comfortable and perfect for us and our dog who enjoyed the fenced in back yard with its beautiful lawn. The house is on a quiet street in East Rochester and was very convenient for driving to other parts of Rochester, to the museums, Durand Eastman Park and Lake Ontario beach park. I highly recommend the George Eastman House if you are interested in photography, and the Memorial Art Gallery which has an excellent collection and wonderful sculpture park. Cheryl, thank you for providing us with a great place to stay!

We brought our dog and took him on multiple walks daily and met many of the people in the neighborhood. The home was perfect for your gathering to celebrate my MILs 90th birthday. This was perfect for my family and our 2 dogs. The back yard was fenced in so they could safely run around. The neighbor was friendly and helpful. The washer and dryer worked great. The kitchen had everything I needed. The driveway was narrow but it is long enough for 3 cars. The neighborhood is very safe. We would stay again for sure.

Perfect Place to Stay near NAZ

House was very well appointed … plenty of space, comfortable furnishings, safe neighborhood, lots of necessities provided (toiletries, paper products, laundry detergent,even a shovel and ice scraper). Communication with owner was prompt and all house instructions clearly stated.
