Relax, take out your boat, fish off our docks or stay in and enjoy the game room. We have plenty of room for the whole family or a group of friends. The chain of lakes is fun even if the fish aren't biting with its variety of bars and restaurants. For ice fishing you can sit in the living room playing cards and see your pop ups right out the windows.

Quiet time after 10:30 PM and before 8:30 AM Absolutely -No Fireworks allowed No climbing on our roof

Awesome game/bar room for everyone to hang out! Directly on the lake for easy access to ice fishing- we would love to come back in the summer. The hosts were in contact with very easy check in/out instructions and flexible hours.

Very generous host met us at our arrival to go over any questions and give us a rundown on the history of the resort/cabin. Our stay was wonderful and everything in the house was as advertised. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and the use of the house paddle board and kayak. Our family would definitely stay there again in the future.

Our family of 5 and my brother's family of 3 totally enjoyed the property and everything it offered. The lakefront view was amazing! Thank you for comfortable lawn furniture. We loved the game room and played lots of corn hole, too. We all fit at the kitchen table for our family-style meals so a major plus! The beds were comfortable. The owners thought of everything! It was truly a vacation to remember.

Our group enjoyed 4 nights at the cabin with 3 boats and 7 guys. The cabin is in a wonderful location and was more than enough room for our group. Lori was great checking us in upon arrival and answering any questions we had before hand. Having 4 bedrooms and space for 3 boats limited our search and glad we connected with Lori. We made arrangements for trailer parking elsewhere due to the 5 spot max. We will definitely be back and enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here at Twisted Timbers. They had everything we needed to feel just like home. The decor was my favorite! So fitting for the season. Multiple places to hang out in the house and even on a cold night we loved the fireplace outback. Would definitely come back and stay here again.

Great Winter Stay

We had a group of eight guys go ice fishing and stay the resort. After a full day of ice fishing, we all enjoyed the game room, watching football on the big screen TV. It was nice to be able to cook a meal and not have to leave.

Family Holiday Trip

If you want to vacation with a large family or gather with your friends this is the place for you. Wonderful lodge setting on a lake. Game room is fantastic and plenty of room to gather at the large kitchen table which accommodates 10 easily. The owners decorated for the holidays which really made it feel like home. Enough room for the whole family. Clean, comfortable and Lori was super accomodating. Game room is a plus. Everything i had hoped for and more. Fire pit, waterfront and great sunsets.

What can we say, we failed at retirement and watched too much HGTV!
We want our guests to know that we are renovating the upstairs unit for our family, and at times we will be upstairs during your stay. The units are completely separate with separate entrances and the outdoor area is only for you, our guests. The only time you may see us is when we are jumping on our pontoon to enjoy the water.

Why they chose this property

We owned a resort and we saw how families and friends made lifelong friendships & memories at the lake. This lodge was the dining hall for one of the first resorts in the area. It was built for fellowship and fun. Come and enjoy...oh, if these walls could talk!!

What makes this property unique

Twisted Timbers Lodge has a lot of room...everyone has their own space!
Beautiful lake views from almost every window. Fishing from two docks. Enjoy games, food & drinks on our huge deck. Take the party inside to our bar/game room to watch the movie on a 75 inch TV. Explore the Chetek chain of six lakes with several restaurants & bars to keep you entertained.
