Your vacation home welcomes you in the beautiful, Franconian courtyard of the historic "Upper Mill" in Baunach.
The apartment was built in 2019 with attention to detail on the ground floor of an old barn. So original bricks were reused and also the old doors with modern fittings found their way back to the apartment. The open living / kitchen / dining area invites you to a cozy get-together. The bedroom with the spacious double bed offers space for restful nights. Furthermore, the pull-out couch in the living room offers space for two more guests.
The terrace directly adjoins the dining area offers a magnificent view of the adjacent large meadow fringed with mature trees.
The "Upper Mill" lies surrounded by Mühlbach and Baunach on an island on the outskirts of the town of Baunach. Supermarket is in the immediate vicinity (300m). Restaurants, cafes, bakers, butchers, snacks etc. are also within walking distance. There is also a train station in Baunach for the trip to the World Heritage City of Bamberg (13km away).
Numerous recreational opportunities offer the surrounding recreational areas Franconian Switzerland, Hassberge, Steigerwald. The Way of St. Francis crosses Baunach.
