This modern apartment was only completed in August 2019. It is one of three exclusively furnished apartments - flooded with light and tastefully furnished with modern daylight bathroom with free-standing bathtub and separate shower.

For 2-4 people with 60sqm with 2 bedrooms, each equipped with 1 large double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m. In the apartment there is also a living-dining area with an open kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, sink, refrigerator, coffee machine with coffee capsules, kettle, microwave, induction field and dishes). Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment and included in the price. You live in the cultural monument Schweizerhaus in the historic district of Oberloschwitz / Weißer Hirsch, one of the most beautiful and popular parts of the historic state capital Dresden. Da das Haus direkt an einer Hauptstrasse liegt, ist es sehr laut auf dem Balkon. Also ganz in Ruhe frühstücken ist es nicht. Sonst sehr schöne Gegend.

Appartement Schweizerhaus Dresden

Wir haben für einen Kurzurlaub in Dresden ein Appartement im Schweizer Haus gebucht. Die Wohnung war sehr schön - modern eingerichtet mit vielen liebevollen Details- Malhefte für Kinder, Kaffekapseln und Tee für die Großen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, eine Teekanne wäre schön gewesen. Im Garten des Hauses eine Schaukel und ein Schaukelhängestuhl, eine Sauna zur Nutzung für alle. Schon vor der Anreise wurden wir von der. Ermieterin nett kontaktiert, erhielten den Schlüsselcode und Tipps, wo man in der Umgebung Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäcker zum Frühstücken findet. Wir haben die Vermieterin zwar nicht kennen gelernt, wollen uns aber auf diesem Weg recht herzlich bedanken. Sogar unser Teenager wäre gerne noch geblieben.

Sehr schönes Haus

Der erste Eindruck ist positiv alles wirkt sauber und ordentlich. Bis man sich abends ins Bett legt. Wir verreisen sehr viel und schlafen immer in Ferienhäusern allerdings haben wir noch nie so schlecht geschlafen wie hier. Der Straßenlärm ist nicht das Problem, sondern die katastrophalen Matratzen. Wir sind einen Tag früher angereist weil es nicht mehr möglich war in diesen Betten zu schlafen. Sehr schade für eine sonst schöne Ferienwohnung.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Eine sehr schöne große Ferienwohnung. Hat uns wirklich super gefallen. Das einzige was man noch erwähnen sollte, dass die Straße doch sehr laut ist und ein Abend auf dem Balkon dementsprechend nicht ruhig ist. Das ist aber auch das einzige was uns negativ aufgefallen ist und der Vermieter nicht wirklich was für kann. Wie im Titel beschrieben, werden wir gerne wieder kommen.

Stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt im mondänen Ortsteil Loschwitz von Dresden. Sie befindet sich in Hanglage. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und sehr gut (Wohn- und beide Schlafzimmer mit Smart-TV). Allerdings fehlt es ein wenig an Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten für Bekleidung. Eine zusätzliche(r) oder größerer Schrank bzw. Garderobe wäre wünschenswert. Bäcker und Lebensmitteleinzelhändler sind fußläufig oder nach kurzer Autofahrt zu erreichen. Fahrradfahrer benötigen eine gute Grundkondition oder ein E-Bike.
