Apartment near the center with balcony and view of the city park

Our holiday apartment is located at the Essen city park in the immediate vicinity of the Philharmonie and the Aalto Theater, the Messe Essen is 3 underground stops away. The object is 38 square meters and has unobstructed park views in the 4th. OG. Non smoking. The subway station is about 200m away, Essen main station is about 1km away. Ideal for fair and theater visitors.
Our apartment has 1 living / bedroom with cable TV, Nespresso machine, radio-CD player and balcony access. The sofa can be folded down to the bed, size of the bed is then 1.89 m X 1.00 m

Small kitchen with 2 plate stove, kettle, oven, fridge and microwave.
The apartment includes towels and bed linen at no extra cost.
The apartment is located in the 4th Floor of a residential building. Elevator is available, the access is at ground level, but unfortunately not handicapped accessible, since both the elevator and the bathroom is not sufficiently wide.
Paid parking nearby, free parking limited.
The apartment and the balcony are east-facing, balcony furniture is available.

A really well equipped apartment, comfortable and clean, in a very quiet area near shops and cafes. More space than expected and a nice outside terrace. One of the shutters out of the three was not working which meant light in the room early in the morning but everything else was great. Highly recommended.

Ich war die fünfte Woche dort beheimatet und wieder war alles Bestens. Die Wohnung war sauber, es gab frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Fatiha und Ecky sind super freundlich, da kann man sich nur wohl fühlen.

Ich war nun zum Zweiten mal für eine Woche zu Gast und bin nach wie vor begeistert. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Als überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend sind die Vermieter zu nennen.Der Ausblick auf den Stadtgarten ist ein absolutes Highlight.Gerne komme ich wieder.

Alles perfekt

Die Schlüsselübergabe lief reibungslos - im Apartment ist ein Ordner vorhanden mit allem, was es braucht (WLAN-Zugang, U-Bahn-Abfahrtszeiten, etc.), das Sofas zum Ausklappen war sehr bequem (ich schlafe schnell nicht so gut, hier war es kein Problem), das Bad hat sogar eine Wanne. Die Lage ist optimal für Messebesucher, auch kurze Spaziergänge ins Südviertel mit netten Cafés, etc. bieten sich an. Zur Selbstversorgung optimal, da Bioladen und Edeka fußläufig erreichbar sind. Und für Leute, die nachts eher im Stadtzentrum unterwegs sind - vom Hauptbahnhof sind es ziemlich genau zehn Minuten zu Fuß. Kurz: besser geht es eigentlich gar nicht.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Hübsches Apartment in bester Lage zwischen Zentrum und Rüttenscheid, so kann man vieles fußläufig erreichen. Kleiner Balkon und Stadtgarten vor der Tür zur Erholung. Insgesamt ruhiges Haus. U-Bahn-Haltestelle um die Ecke. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und offen, sehr gut erreichbar bei Fragen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Toll gelegene FeWo mit schönem Blick auf den Park

Ich war 8 Tage für eine Fortbildungsreise in der Wohnung. Das Appartement entspricht der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Gute Lage direkt neben dem Kulturviertel - leider wegen Corona alles geschlossen! Toller Balkon, drinnen alles vorhanden, schicke Einrichtung, genug Platz im Schrank für eine Woche. Ich habe jeden Tag gekocht, was in der Mikroküche gut ging. Besonders positiv fand ich die freundliche Vermieterin; ich konnte problemlos nachmittags abreisen. Alles hat hervorragend geklappt. Nur sehr kleine Kritikpunkte: Ein bisschen hellhörig ist es schon, man hört Nachbarn, den Aufzug und etwas Straßenverkehr. Das Schlafsofa fand ich unbequem, aber laut der Vermieterin soll demnächst ein richtiges Bett hereingestellt werden. Damit wäre mir die Wohnung auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne wert gewesen.

Perfektes Arrangement

Ich hielt mich vier Wochen in Essen auf, um an einer Schule zu unterrichten - dieser Zeitraum fiel mitten in den Lockdown (light) des Novembermonats. Das Appartment bot mir alles, was ich brauchte: ein kleines, aber feines Bad, einen Arbeitstisch, die kleine Küche, sehr viel nächtliche Ruhe, sodass ich mit Beruf und Freizeit sehr gut zurechtkam. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage - etwa 10 min. Fußweg zur Rü oder zur Innnenstadt. Meine Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und immer ansprechbar. Ich kann die Wohnung weiterempfehlen und bedanke mich herzlich für den Aufenthalt!

Perfect Studio Apartment

The apartment has a lot of natural light and a beautiful view of the trees in the park. Communication with Fatiha and Eckhard was excellent, the wifi signal is very good and the apartment has everything you need. I really enjoyed my stay.

Comfortable short stay

I had a nice stay in the apartment. The kitchen and bathroom are small but have everything you need. Eckhard is a kind host who showed me around the apartment and told me where in the neighbourhood I could find usefull places. Unfortunately U did not get to meet Fatiha. The only downside I found was the absence of wifi. I would defenitely stay here again!
