First floor of 'EagleHoo' is a fun second living space that leads out to the private pool, spa, deck, backyard and BEACH! This living space has a kitchenette, Foosball table, and an over sized covered porch. The private pool is partially covered by the deck to allow shade to the pool while providing ample deck space to bask in the summer sun! Since this property is GULF front..you are just steps from the private beach boardwalk and sand! This rental includes daily beach chair service - year round - 8 chairs and 4 umbrellas! On the first floor you will also find a bunk room with four twins, a full bathroom and an additional twin bed in the common area. 

Head up stairs to the second level where you will find the main living space complete with a living room, kitchen and open dining space. The living room is cozy with a TV above the electric fireplace and the kitchen is large enough to provide ample space for everyone to gather! Open the balcony door to take in the beach breeze or catch a sunset at the dining table on the balcony. There are two guest rooms on the second floor, one fit with a king size bed and private en suite. The second is a bunk room complete with a queen over king bunk and private en suite. There is also a powder room on this level. 

The third floor hosts two Gulf front master suites with an over sized deck space, a bunk room, guest suite, and a common area with a custom built bunk! Both Gulf front master suites have king size beds and private en suites as well as balcony access to the deck space! Views of the Gulf are not lacking from these master suites! The guest bedroom on this level has a king size bed and private en suite. The bunk room has a queen over king bunk as well as a private en suite. The common space has a sitting area with TV and a custom built triple bunk with a full on bottom, full in the middle, and twin on the very top! The laundry space is on this level with two washers and two dryers. 

This luxury vacation rental hosts 26 guests total! Complete with 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, no one will be left out of staying at 'EagleHoo'!


Important Things to Know:
1) Travel Insurance is NOT included in our quotes. It can be purchased during the reservation process or obtained independently.
2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
3)  Pools can only be heated between the dates of September 1st - April 30th. 
4) Beach chair set up included in rental year-round (4 chairs and 2 umbrellas) by Surf & Sun Recreation
