Our apartments are located in a building dating from the 17th century. Century and was redeveloped with great attention to detail. Many historical elements have been incorporated into the new interior and give all apartments a modern and cozy atmosphere.
4 ½ room duplex apartment for 4-6 persons, 110.00 m².
1. DG: 2 double rooms with double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m), TV, Wi-Fi. 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, 2 sinks, washing machine, dryer and hair dryer. 1
Sitting area with sofa, work area and access to the loggia.
Second Upper floor: open living area with sofa bed, TV, wifi. Historical masonry behind glass. Dining area with dining table for max. 8 people. Open kitchen area with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker, etc.
All living rooms with oiled bio-oak parquet and underfloor heating, smoke detectors are installed.
