Welcome to the "Ferienhaus Timm" in the Baltic Sea Kellenhusen. The semi-detached house is located on a lawn with terrace in about 400m beach distance and offers space for max. 4 adults + 1 small child in travel cot and has an infrared sauna.
Your vacation property is divided into entrance area, living room with open kitchen, comfortable Sitzgarnitunr and dining area with seating. Bathroom with shower and access to the infrared sauna in the basement with realaxliegen and TV in the relaxation area. There you can completely relax. A separate toilet with sink is located in the entrance area of the house. Upstairs there are 2 separate bedrooms. One with double bed (180x200cm) and wardrobe and one with 2 single beds (90x200cm). The furnished wooden terrace adjacent to the living area on the ground floor invites to relax and linger. A parking space is available. 1 dog is allowed on request. Completely renovated in 2018. The cost of using the infrared sauna is € 2 for 30 minutes.
