Spend your stay in this modern 2-room apartment, renovated in March 2019. The living area is equipped with a couch, sitting area and footstool and a dining area for 3 people. The separate bedroom offers a comfortable sleeping comfort with a high quality box spring bed. The open and spacious fitted kitchen is fully equipped On the balcony you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun and let it go with a glass of wine near. This apartment faces west, overlooking the quiet courtyard.

The tasteful bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink .. A Smart TV with internet access is available both in the living room and in the bedroom. Wi-Fi is free. In the basement there are also washing and drying machines for common use. The associated underground parking space can be rented for 3 € / day. All floors up to the underground car park are easily reachable by a lift.

For each stay is a one-time cleaning of 45 €.

Comfortable, well-equipped apartment in quiet neighborhood

Well-equipped, clean 1-bedroom apartment on a quiet street in the Kurviertel. Check in was easy, the key was available from a lockbox at the front entry of the building. Parking in secure underground garage available. Highly recommended.

Sehr schön Wohnung im Zentrum

Die Wohnung ist sorgfältig eingerichtet und sehr sauber in ruhiger Umgebung. Alles wichtige ist fußläufig erreichbar.Nachts war es im Schlafzimmer sehr warm. Es ist aber möglich ungestört bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen.

Top Appartement

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sehr erholt aufgestanden, super geschlafen. In der Küche wurde an alles gedacht. Das Bad war top. Alles war sehr sauber. Auf dem Balkon war es nicht immer möglich diesen zu genießen. Das liegt daran, dass sich unter dem Schlafzimmer, die Küche ein italienisches Restaurants befindet und die ständigen Bratfettgerüche bei uns nicht immer auf Wohlwollen stießen. Muß man halt durch. Ansonsten befindet sich das Appartement in einer sehr guten Lage. Die Nähe zum Kurpark, zur Nahe, zum Salinental und den gastronomischen Einrichtungen... Fazit: Wir waren sehr zufrieden und sind super entspannt wieder zu Hause angekommen. Dankeschön

Super Appartement

Bis auf den Buchungssblauf über FeWo direkt war alles sehr gut. Da ich vor Jahren unter einer anderen Email Adresse gebucht hatte, gab es jetzt ein großes Durcheinander. Zum Glück haben die Vermieter die notwendigen Informationen zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Beschreibung der Ausstattung des Appartements auf FeWo direkt ist unzureichend. So haben wir Sachen mitgenommen, die im Appartement vorhanden waren.
