Make your getaway the best it can be at this beautiful new custom built home located in the hills of Suisun Valley, wine country and official "backside" to World Famous Napa Valley. ROCKVILLE HEIGHTS is located on 5 peaceful acres, high upon the hill overlooking beautiful regional park space with views for miles. This home is rural, peaceful and tranquil, yet only minutes from shopping, restaurants and best of all - the wineries. Wine tastings, hiking, biking and more await you!

Our home is located within 5 miles of at least 10 wineries for you to visit! The home has 2200+/- sq ft of outdoor deck with comfy outdoor seating. We've built this home to take in the amazing outdoor views. We have three bedrooms which can accommodate 6 adults very comfortably (1 king, 2 queens). There are also two full/queen sofa sleepers, one in each of the living spaces. Owners live on site, but privacy is afforded to both homes due to great location. This home is two stories with two full kitchens and two living areas. First floor has one bedroom, one full bathroom, full kitchen and open concept living space. There is a hot tub on the expansive deck outside, which wraps the home on three sides. Outdoor furniture, a glass fire pit table and a propane Weber BBQ are among the comforts available. The second story has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, washer/dryer, full kitchen, and open concept living space with tons of natural light and windows to take in the gorgeous views. The second floor also boasts an expansive deck on three sides with lots of comfortable outdoor seating and a glass fire pit table. The home was built in 2021, so everything is new.

Make your stay a little more special by having Chef Adam prepare a 5-star meal for you at the house. Work with Chef to build the menu that you desire, and then let him take care of everything! Chef Adam strives to achieve 6 out of 5 stars every time. You will love experiencing this gastronomic delight!

I also have contacts for a Mimosa Breakfast, delightful lunch on the deck, or picnic lunch to take along with you on your adventures for the day. I only recommend the best and our guests who've had the pleasure will agree!

If you and your group fancy a guided hike at our local Regional Park, or perhaps a private Yoga or Mat Pilates class out on the deck, I have a wonderful recommendation!

For fun outdoors on the deck, there is Giant Jenga, Connect Four and Cornhole games available for use.

We are located in a rural area, so guests need to be aware that they may encounter an animal during their stay. To date, no guests have spotted any. We know they are around, mostly at night and they don't make a habit of even letting you know they are here, as they are afraid of humans.

Here in the valley we have circular/multi-directional winds. With that, we have a "horn-whistle" hum that occurs when the winds are brisk and blowing through the deck, due to the elevation of our home. So far, most of our guests have found the sound endearing and "cool" during their visits.

Note: Due to (ridiculous, unfair and short-sighted in favor of BIG BUSINESS and clearly NOT in support of their own local community members) changes set forth by Solano County Supervisors, Effective 04/27/2023 we can only accept reservations of 30-days or more. They and their new rules voted in, REFUSE to allow us to become permitted for Short-Term or Vacation rental use. Our apologies to past and what would have been future guests, who have always been supportive and respectful stellar guests.
