Perfect Location

It was my wife's 50th birthday and she wanted to stay at a beach location with 6 of her friends from high school. We had a total of 10 people, and every couple had their own private room. The Carriage House outside the main residence is so cool! Our private access to the beach as well as the location to Seaside, restaurants, etc were all very close by! The indoor pool was great as well! My one and ONLY complaint, is the availability of beach chairs and umbrellas. The house offers only 2 chairs and one umbrella for a house that sleeps 16+!!!?? This makes no sense! We ended up paying over $300 for concierge beach service for 6 more chairs and two more umbrellas for 2 days! I don't think this is a very good customer service issue and should be addressed by the management company! Overall great 5 days on the beach!!!

Spacious and convenient.

This house has magnificent views of the ocean. It is very convenient to area amenities. Plenty of space for a large group. The pool is very small. The guest house is super nice. We did, however, see a few large bugs inside of the home. The house should be in better repair and cleaner for the price paid. Overall we had a good time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the most wonderful time at this property. It was perfect in every way. We were celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary enjoyed ourselves immensely. Our children and families came from Oregon, North Carolina and Mississippi. We loved the location right on the beach, big porches, and setup of house was great for all of us! Loved it! BTW, the house is gorgeous!

One of the Best Vacations We Have Had

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we entered Emerald View on 30a, my family was very impressed. The furnishings, the appointments, and THE VIEW!! Every person was happy with their rooms and my wife and I found the Master room very comfortable. When we contacted Royal Destinations with questions, they were very quick and helpful. My family will cherish the memories that we made and are very thankful for our time spent at this home. We will be returning!
