South terrace. Wadden Sea on the doorstep. Vacation. Cozy 2-room apartment with about 50 sqm on 1 level (ground floor) for up to 2 people. In a quiet and beach location directly on the beach crossing in the district Böhl in St. Peter-Ording. Lots of fresh sea air, peace and relaxation right on the North Sea dike. The beach crossing is only a few meters. A dog up to 20 kg is welcome!Living room with sofa, 1 armchair, TV (satellite), DVD player, radio with CD player and dining table with 4 chairs. Direct access to the sheltered, furnished terrace to the south. Open kitchen with oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200cm), wardrobe, stool and blackout pleated. Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet, hair dryer and natural light. Hallway with wardrobe, mirror and cabinet in the entrance area. Parking space and Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit behind the house available. Bicycle storage, communal washing machine and dryer for a fee in the basement of the house. Free WiFi (in preparation) .The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking is not permitted.
