Our approx. 50 m2, cozy apartment invites you to spend your weekend or vacation here. -1 bedroom with 2 beds in a 180 cm wide box spring bed and satellite TV -1 living room with 2 beds, satellite TV - kitchen with Nesspresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven and extractor hood and a radio bathroom with toilet and modern spacious shower and hair dryer -1 small winter garden -1 small balcony.
The apartment is in a quiet side street.
You have reached the center in 2 minutes on foot, where you will find a bakery, a pharmacy and a shop. You are also a 3-minute walk from the edge of the forest and can explore great hiking trails, whether to the Harz cattle or to the dam.

Schöne kleine Wohnung in Wolfshagen

Eine tolle kleine Wohnung ausgestattet mit allem für das tägliche Leben. Fußläufig ist eine Bäckerei und ein kleiner Supermarkt zu erreichen. Die sehenswerte Kaiserstadt Goslar ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Für Wanderungen und andere Sportaktivitäten ist die Lage der Wohnung ideal. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Es hat alles super geklappt. Die Vermieterin war nicht vor Ort, aber war am Telefon sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Wenn wir wieder eine Wohnung in Wolfshagen benötigen, schauen wir als erstes ob diese Wohnung frei ist.

Gemütliche Wohnung

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung. Schon beim ersten Mal gefiel uns die Wohnung sehr gut, hell und freundlich eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Von Langelsheim bieten sich auch viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten an. Eine klare Mietempfehlung.

Einfache, ansprechend eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber ansprechend eingerichtet. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Allerdings versucht Vermieterin, entgegen der vertraglichen Vereinbarung, im Nachhinein Energiekosten zu berechnen. Wenn zwischen Buchung (April) und Aufenthalt (September) Änderungen in den Bedingungen stattfinden, wäre es sinnvoll den Mieter hierüber aktiv in der Stornofrist zu informieren. Ebenso wäre es wünschenswert gewesen, über Sanierungsmaßnahmen an der Außenfassade, die zu geräuschvollen Arbeiten am Samstagmorgen ab 8:00 Uhr führen, im Vorfeld informiert zu werden. Zwei elektrische Duftstecker sorgten für „Zitronenduft“ (=> Grund? Energiekosten?)

Hallo Ich möchte darauf hinweisen, dass ich keine Nebenkosten von dem Gast verlangt habe, auf Grund seiner Sicht der Dinge. Es steckt ein Duftstecker in der Wohnung das stimmt. Jeder Gast darf diesen zum Einsatz bringen oder nicht. Das zweite ist die Türklingel 🤗 Die Arbeiten an der Fassade haben ca um 9:20 Uhr angefangen.

Nette Fewo in ruhiger Lage
