Spend your stay in this cozy 1-bedroom apartment. The living and sleeping area is equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe and a sofa for 2 persons. The fitted kitchen is equipped so that food of every kind can be prepared. On the balcony you can enjoy the absolute sunshine of this apartment. Quietly located and yet in the middle of your balcony is oriented in this apartment in the south.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. Likewise, in this apartment a television is available. For longer stays cleaning utensils and a vacuum cleaner are available. In the basement there are also washing and drying machines for common use. All floors up to the underground car park are easily reachable by a lift.

For each stay is a one-time cleaning of 45 €.

Alles soweit gut. Im Bad müsste ein wenig gemacht werden. Fugen und Handtuchhalter. Auch die Toilettenbürste hat es hinter sich.
