Matthew, Thank you for providing us your feedback as we always take all guest comments to heart to help correct and make a better experience for everyone. Regarding the pool temperature, it is set at a consistent 83 degrees year round as an indoor pool. This is specifically stated in our listing and house features information, which also states that the temperature cannot be increased higher without jeopardizing the delicate balance of pool water chemistry and bacteria growth (loves warm water) and indoor humidity. Regarding the bunk beds, the listing you booked actually doesn't state having bunk beds. The photo you looked at is not actually part of our listing, but was a cached photos in VRBO's system. This is why you need to actually read the entire listing to see the accommodation details and review our listing photos. If you ever have any questions or want confirmation, the best thing to do is to reach out to host PRIOR to booking and showing up. This will help you have a better guest experience moving forward. I'm sorry we couldn't do more but the things you had issues with were due to your own misunderstanding of our home features because you did not review our listing in full detail. Best of luck!
