In 2014 Stephan Knipser opened his "Halbstück" a little outside the tourist strongholds but still centrally located, the "Halbstück" connects the "old" with the "new".
The old walls were modernized with a lot of sweat and passion.
Our "Knipsers Halbstück" spoils you with a down-to-earth kitchen that hides sophisticated details. Quality is the top priority, regardless of whether it is the food or the furnishings.
