This sunny and cozy first floor apartment is located in the urbanization Condado Alhama Golf Resort in Murcia. There is room for 5 people and 1 pet is accepted. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchenette.

This apartment is very comfortable. In front of the house is a garden, which invites you to sunbathe and relax. A hedge provides privacy. In addition, at the back of the house there is a terrace with table and chairs. Perfect to spend a few days of vacation here.

The community pool is within walking distance.

You can walk to the Al Kasar shopping center. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets as well as the County Club with its sports fields for paddle, basketball, soccer and fitness as well as a restaurant.
