Easy walk to local restaurants. Pick up some local seafood for a relaxing evening or try one of the outdoor grills steps from your back door. There is no through-traffic, so families with children can easily enjoy the outdoors.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Check rooms for all personal items. • Put all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it before checking out. • Please take all trash to dumpster located on the west side of the tennis courts.
Remove sheets from the beds and place them with all the used and/ or dirty towels in one location.
Please set the thermostat on AIR at 75, on HEAT at 58, AUTO. If you have had any problems at all, please let me know.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Relaxing easy access stay

Comfortable and great location. The folks in the whole complex were really friendly and made us feel at home. Will definitely go back.

Nice unit, close to beach

Unit itself was nice but not overly impressed with community. Loud pool parties and no parking lot patrol and parking was first come first serve. Would stay there again but not during the same week as tournaments.
