The 2012 newly built apartment in Rerik is modern, comfortable and handicapped accessible. On about 45 mÂČ it offers space for two, maximum four people. It has a spacious living room with sofa bed and satellite.-TV, a built-in, high-quality kitchen and an infrared heat cabin. In the bedroom next to the double bed or Wardrobe a travel cot space. The kitchen of the apartment has a fridge, ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher and much more. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Seating on the terrace, a portable barbecue and a car park are also at guests' disposal. In the colder months, the underfloor heating ensures a pleasant warmth (floor covering: laminate and tiles). If required, a children's travel cot and a children's highchair will be provided free of charge (please register in advance).

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Einrichtung ist optisch ansprechend. Allerdings bei nĂ€herer Betrachtung eher unteres Preissegment.Der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft, wurde aber umgehend behoben.Bei Betreten der Wohnung viel gleich auf, das der Fußboden nicht grĂŒndlich gereinigt wurde. Es waren sehr viele Haare ĂŒberall zu sehen. Nach Nutzung der Mikrowelle(Körnerkissen erwĂ€rmen) stellten wir einen unangenehmen Geruch fest. Nach genauer Betrachtung haben wir die Verunreinigung entfernt.Der Backofen war auch nicht sauber, wurde aber von uns nicht benutzt.Im Bereich der KĂŒche sind 2 Ameisenköderdosen aufgestellt!Es wĂ€re schön, wenn mehr Möglichkeiten geschaffen werden, um KleidungsstĂŒcke aufzuhĂ€ngen.Der Garten machte einen ungepflegten Eindruck.Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt dennoch zufrieden.

Wir haben die Woche in Rerik genossen. Die Fewo war ein guter Start- und Zielpunkt fĂŒr verschiedene Tagestouren.Die Gegend ist landschaftlich schön und reich an alten KulturgĂŒtern. Wir waren viel unterwegs und haben die Fewo als Ausruheort erlebt.

Entspannter Kurzurlaub

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage verbracht.Die Ameisenplage sollte evtl.mal von einem KammerjÀger begutachtet werden.Ansonsten war es sehr sauber.Es fehlt evtl.im Bad noch eine Badematte oder Àhnl.Die Kopfkissen könnten auch mal erneuert werden.Wir kommen aber gerne wieder.
