Amazing place ideally located in Lugano and close to a market and snack bar for convenience. The landlord was nice enough to let us check in a bit early and check out a bit late too. Definitely recommend this to anyone!

Schöne Wohnung in Fußnähe vom Luganer See

Schnuckelige, helle, frisch renovierte und modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man im Urlaub / Kurzurlaub braucht. Der See und das Zentrum der Stadt sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein großer Garagenstellplatz, die Einfahrt zur Garage ist auch für große Fahrzeuge breit genug.

What makes this property unique

The apartment, located in the Residenza Bellariva, is just 10’ by walk from the city center and 15’ from the train station. The spectacular lakefront Riva Antonio Caccia is just 400m away (5 min. by walk). If you stroll another 15 min along the lakefront you get to Parco Ciani. The Lugano Sud highway entry/exit is just 1 min from the flat.
If you come by car, the flat is just 1 min from Lugano Sud highway exit (just take a left at Hotel De La Paix, keep going for 350m and take a left at the first stoplight). If you come from the train station, you can take bus 2 or 4 and get off at the 4th stop (Santa Birgitta).

On the other side of the street from the apartment, is Parco Florida, from which you can admire a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. If you want to take the boat for a lake tour, you can do so at the Lugano-Paradiso ferry terminal, which is just 650m away from the flat (8 min. by foot). At the same close distance is Funicolare San Salvatore, an inclined railway that takes you to the top of Mount San Salvatore, from which you have a stellar view.
