Our stay

It was exactly what i was looking for, for my first time visiting tampa. Location was great and everything we did was less than 30 min away. It was clean and both my girlfriend and i felt welcome.

The casita is very close to the wonderful shops and restaurants of the Ybor City historic district. Even though it's on a not very interesting block, it has free parking, and this is some walking distance to anything you might want to see. The bed was quite comfortable, although I had to duck a little bit going up the stairs. For anyone over 6 feet that's something to keep in mind. Very charming place. Great communication from the owner.

Cute and convenient

This property is perfect for individuals or couples interested in finding a clean affordable and convenient place to stay in Ybor or Tampa. It is within walking distance to the trolley line which provides access to Tampa and the downtown events. The property owner is very kind, easy to reach and extremely helpful.

Perfect space for two. Very cozy, equal to a small house. Walking distance from Ybor. Felt safe to walk at anytime of the day. Parking was no issue. The place is as described. The bed was comfortable and between the AC and the floor fan the apt was never hot. We went down for the BTS concert and if you plan to go to the stadium it’s 15min through backroads, no traffic. Highly recommend.

Short trip for a comedy show.

The place was very good for a short stay. Within walking distance to all of the local bars and restaurants. Check-in was super easy and communication was great. If I had a couple of suggestions, I would say maybe some new pillows and put that little loveseat back in that was in the pictures. Those two chairs down there are a little uncomfortable. But overall a great deal for the money.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time and need more city staying at this property. The hostess was more than responsive when we had a slight problem getting into the room however she rectified it immediately. Highly recommend staying here as well located in great exploring the city and not having to stay too far away.
