Overall really good

The apartment was cute and clean, everything was great for the most part. I gave a poor review for check in because they said if the office was closed when we arrived (at 2pm 😑) the keys would be in a black mailbox outside, which they were not. We had to leave and come back which is annoying but not that big of a deal. Buuuut when we did come back the woman working was taking a personal phone call and completely ignored us for 5 minutes while we stood in her doorway. She then hung up the phone, handed us an envelope and we left. Just felt very rude to me and easily avoidable. They apartment itself and the stay was great though and it’s proximity to downtown was unbeatable.
