Frisco is an outdoor playground, and you’ve found the perfect home base for year-round adventures at this three-bedroom townhome. In the winter, you’re surrounded by world-class ski resorts. In the summer you’ll have a hard time choosing which hiking trails to hit first, and water sports enthusiasts will love the location right across the road from the Frisco Bay Marina and Dillon Reservoir.

At home, three levels of living space offer room to spread out. Grab a coffee and pop out to your private balcony for a morning mountain view, then head inside to the full, well-equipped kitchen to make some breakfast. Grab a bite at the dining table, then head out to explore. When you return, get the gas fireplace going to maximize the cozy feeling, and settle in to stream the latest release from the couch. When you get sleepy, choose from three well-appointed bedrooms, with the primary suite occupying the entire third floor and offering a petite, mountain view balcony of its own. With more modern essentials like a private washer/dryer, free WiFi and cable, the only thing missing from this mountain vacation is you.

Great location. Really need to figure out the furnace. It’s either way too hot or way too cold nothing in between.

Family Vaca
The condo looked just like the photos and it was a great location to explore Frisco, travel to Breckenridge & Dillon. However, I hope these following are items are taken care.... Kitchen - condo holds 6+ but there are not six glasses & the silverware is like using a tin can. Perhaps a toaster instead of the toaster oven as it took a very long time to heat & use. Living room - again condo holds 6+ but there is only one couch that seats three. The sliding glass door to outside deck was so dirty you could barely see the mountains. Floors - VERY dirty, feet were nearly black after showering and walking around condo. Bunk Bedroom - shade would not stay open(needed to have it open to open window for fresh air.) Upstairs Bedroom - reading lamp only had one light that would turn on and must plug & unplug to turn off. These things seem small, but I believe we paid enough to expect a nice place.

Leaky and a non-communicative staff
My friends and I arrived at the property in the evening on a Wednesday. After doing some grocery shopping and putting away our purchases, we opened the refrigerator and were greeted with a huge puddle of water. Later, after someone took a shower upstairs, we noticed a leak in the ceiling of the kitchen. After contacting Vacasa staff, we were told local staff would reach out. I followed up nearly daily to no avail; it wasn't until Sunday that local staff reached out and sent someone to do repairs. Repairs on the shower resulted in us not being able to use the upstairs shower for 24 hours, restricting seven adults to one bathroom. They turned the icemaker/water off for the refrigerator to stem the leak. It didn't; the fridge continued to leak the duration of the trip. The heat is janky. The lower level, where two of the three bedrooms are located, often drops to 60-62 degrees. There are steps about to break off. The location was good, close to the resorts and downtown Frisco. Check in was easy enough. But the property needs some TLC and staff needs to be far more responsive. It is unlikely I will ever stay in a Vacasa managed property again.

Warm home and cozy; baby friendly
We stayed in this home for 7 nights during the extreme cold week, made good use of the fireplace, space heaters, and humidifier! The high chair and toddler yoga mat was awesome for our kiddo.
