Family friendly 2 bed PLUS den! 15 min walk to Dillon Amphitheater! 2 Hot tubs!

Perfect for two families, or a lot of friends! Well stocked with all the comforts of home! Games, spices, a record player, and even puppets! In the winter you are just 15 min away from Keystone, A-Basin, Breckenridge and Copper! During the summer, take an easy 15 min walk to the marina, the amazing Dillon Amphitheatre to listen to live music, or go bowling (an old school arcade) in downtown Dillon. Walk to City Market grocery, along with many restaurant options. Rest easy knowing the Dillon Medical Center is literally around the corner. All of this, and yet the townhome community is so private and quiet you feel you are in the middle of the mountains where kids and pets can play safely outside!
This townhome is a rare end unit with a one car garage, partially covered driveway, and 4-5 guest parking spots across from the unit. The top floor has the Aspen themed king master bed, with a day bed that can covert into a queen, and a large master bathroom with tub/shower. The Sailboat themed guest room next to the master upstairs has a queen bed, along with a twin over full bunk and its own bathroom, also with tub and shower. The main floor is made for the music lover, with instruments ready to play (even some for the kiddos!), comfortable sectional seating, a brand new kitchen, and a stone fireplace. It has a main floor bathroom with shower for those staying downstairs to use! It has two decks, one of which is fenced in, so the dogs can safely hang outside. The lowest level has the entrance from the garage, and the 'forest' den. It features one twin bed, along with a twin over full (futon, brand new memory foam futon! very comfortable!) bunkbed.
All floors have radiant heating that keeps everyone cozy and comfortable! The community has a small clubhouse with 2 hot tubs for guests to share, along with many trails nearby to explore. We supply basic toiletries and hairdryers in each bathroom. There is a pack n play kept in the guest bedroom. We have sleds in the garage! The panoramic views from the master bedroom and the front deck are picturesque!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!! Our host Katy was super responsive, helpful, and her town house was literally perfect. They had everything labeled, it was stocked better than my house with everything we needed, it was in a perfect location and also worked great for our two pups that my son and his wife brought along. What a wonderful experience staying at this condo! The end-unit setup offers added privacy and a bright, welcoming feel from the moment you walk in. The location is unbeatable: just a short drive or shuttle ride to Keystone Resort, making morning slopes and afternoon breaks ultra convenient. Having a grocery store so close was a major perk for easy meals and snacks. The condo itself was spotless, nicely furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the cozy living area, the clean kitchen, and the comfy bedrooms. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a convenient, relaxing base near Keystone.

Katy was a fantastic host, communicating with us well before our trip and responsive through check in and out. The condo was conveniently located, easy to find and gaining access was simple. The space was beyond our expectations. Clean and well appointed, we enjoyed time in the living room watching tv and cooking meals in the well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms provided comfortable mattresses with nice linens, felt like being at home. The musical touches were fun, our boys loved playing vinyl records. The garage was useful for keeping the car out of the elements. Not only was the condo convenient to Dillon shops and restaurants, but Loveland ski resort was an easy drive east. We loved our stay and would come back to this condo anytime!

We had a wonderful stay at this Colorado VRBO! The home was cozy, spotless, and very easy to access, located at the end of a quiet road, perfect for a peaceful getaway. There was an open area right next door where our family made snowmen, and the view from the patio was absolutely beautiful.The property truly felt like a home away from home. It was fully stocked with amenitie, from a well-equipped kitchen with plates, utensils, pans, and everything needed to cook, to thoughtful extras like toiletries, shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent, and a convenient washer and dryer. Coffee was provided for our mornings in Keurig, which was a great touch.Our family especially loved the board games, which made for cozy evenings sitting by the fire and playing together. There were even dog bowls and treats available for furry friends.The host was excellent and always responded quickly to any questions we had.The only small downside was that the office/extra bedroom was a bit cold at night, and the beds in that room were not as comfortable. That said, they would likely be just fine for kids who are less picky.Overall, this was an excellent experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would absolutely recommend!

Why they chose this property

Although ski in/ski out is nice, we truly believe that our location is the best of all worlds. We are a 15 min walk to the marina and beautiful Dillon Amphitheater. We are 15/20 min drive to Keystone resort, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Loveland, and A-basin. Enjoy skiing, boarding, biking and hiking! Dillon is attached to Silverthorne, shopping at The Outlets and fine dining. Or head into Frisco (15 min drive) for even more shopping and dining options. Our actual townhome is walkable to City Market (grocery), various shops, restaurants, and both paved and dirt trails.

What makes this property unique

We tried to make our townhome whimsical and engaging! The master is an aspen themed winter luxury, the guest room is sailboat themed with many "fishing" toys for the kids to play with, as well as sailboats. The main floor honors the Dillon Amphitheater with posters of bands that have played there, along with many musical instruments that we invite you to take off the wall and play! There is an adult record player and records, and one for the kids! We have poker chips, board games, and conversation cards to enjoy after dinner! The basement den is camping themed, with a wall mural of forestry, camping lanterns and a faux campfire! Whether you have kids, or you just are a kid at heart--we know you will have fun!
