This modern and updated condo is located at the Purgatory Townhomes, just a short walk from the slopes at Purgatory/Durango Mountain Ski Resort. Beautifully furnished, this first floor condo is equipped with all the amenities you need for a great stay. Walk to all of the great activities at the resort in winter or summer such as the alpine slide or snow coaster. The living room has a wood fireplace and access to the back patio with seating and views of the beautiful Aspen trees. The open kitchen is fully stocked with all you could need. There is a dining table for 4 plus bar seating for 3 at the kitchen counter. The Master Bedroom features a king bed, private full bath, and access to the front patio. Bedroom 2 is great for the kids with a full over full bunk plus a twin trundle. This room has a sitting area with couch and TV and also has patio access.

Wonderful place

Super easy check in and steps to the slopes. The space is beautifully decorated and has anything you would need. I would definitely recommend it.

Perfect location for ski and snowboarding.

Great place to stay close to purgatory ski resort. Space was great and very comfortable. Wish there had been onsite washer and dryer access, but overall great place stay.
