Sunset Bay View Studio

Located in the beautiful North Bay Island, this completely furnished studio is all you need when visiting Miami for just a few days or a long stay during internships, medical rotations, business, relocation, etc.

Start your day sipping a cup of coffee in your private balcony, or unwind watching the breathless sunset over the bay every single day from the privacy of your space. I assure you you won't be disappointed. Previous guest have even seen dolphins.

Just a bridge away from Biscayne Blvd in Miami and five minutes away from Collins Ave in Miami Beach. 20 minutes from Downtown and MIA Airport. You can see the entire skyline of Downtown Miami and more.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING:
The exterior of the building and some common areas (elevators, outdoor hallways, parking, etc.) are currently under restoration, renovation or remodeling. Working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday -excluding holidays-. Please ask any questions you may have regarding this work in progress before renting. I will gladly answer them to the best of my knowledge.

If you believe that the building remodeling processes is something that can affect your stay, your health or your lifestyle, please don't send a booking request. Cancelations due to this process or its results are not accepted. This is why we are currently offering the discounted rate during this period.
