Great stay

The unit was tidy and easy to stay in. Great communication with Damian. A bit out of the way but an easy walk to the stadium. Would love to stay there again.

Pros: The space was clean. Check-in was easyCons:The toilet ran all night. There were two very loud parties going on-music was way up and that went on for awhile. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Our stay was very nice ! The location was perfect very quiet area. Even though roofing was getting done during our stay, Damien was sure to make our stay nice and still welcoming ! Very nice and attentive host ! Thank you again !

Damian was the perfect host. Answered any questions straight away. Property was immaculate, perfect for our stay. Perfect for our Miami Grand Prix trip in Miami. Short walk to the stadium and supermarkets close by. Would highly recommend. Perfect seating area outside to enjoy the Miami heat. Good clean kitchen area with fridge and freezer. Air con and roof fan were a god send. Would stay hear again if going to the Hard Rock Stadium. Thank you Damian. Was a pleasure to meet you and stay at your accomodation

It's in a really bad part of town (Miami Gardens), which was a bit of a shock to us since we're not very familiar with Miami. To illustrate: the local drug store had anti-theft devices on $4 bottles of laundry detergent. That said, the room itself was clean and comfortable, and well secured. And the host communicated well.
