Great stay

The unit was tidy and easy to stay in. Great communication with Damian. A bit out of the way but an easy walk to the stadium. Would love to stay there again.

Pros: The space was clean. Check-in was easyCons:The toilet ran all night. There were two very loud parties going on-music was way up and that went on for awhile. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience, I cannot control what neighbors do, or the volume of their music, this don’t happens in a regular bases. Regarding the bed, it’s the first time someone complained about it. We are not a a 5 stars hotel, that why we have a budget space, I hope that balance your experience.

Great

Great 1 bedroom flat, overall experience was good, but I had to help get rid of some roaches. I think we got all of them.

We chose this home because we wanted to stay close to the stadium for the FIFA World Cup. After reading so many stories about traffic and transportation challenges around Hard Rock Stadium, being nearby gave us peace of mind knowing we could walk if necessary. The location worked out perfectly for match day.The host was exceptional. He was incredibly flexible, allowing us to check in early and check out later than scheduled, which made a huge difference. That level of accommodation is something you don’t always find, and it really enhanced our stay. The home itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great (a must in South Florida), the TV was excellent for relaxing after the match. If you’re attending an event at Hard Rock Stadium and want a reasonably priced place that’s close by, this is an excellent choice. For us, the combination of location, value, and an accommodating host made this an easy five-star stay. We’d gladly stay here again for another match or event.

Damian was the perfect host. Answered any questions straight away. Property was immaculate, perfect for our stay. Perfect for our Miami Grand Prix trip in Miami. Short walk to the stadium and supermarkets close by. Would highly recommend. Perfect seating area outside to enjoy the Miami heat. Good clean kitchen area with fridge and freezer. Air con and roof fan were a god send. Would stay hear again if going to the Hard Rock Stadium. Thank you Damian. Was a pleasure to meet you and stay at your accomodation

Comfortable

It's in a really bad part of town (Miami Gardens), which was a bit of a shock to us since we're not very familiar with Miami. To illustrate: the local drug store had anti-theft devices on $4 bottles of laundry detergent. That said, the room itself was clean and comfortable, and well secured. And the host communicated well.

Thank you for your review of the loft, and regarding the area, I’ve been around for a while and I’ve never had a security issue and people talk about Miami Gardens but I think that in Miami Beach I’ve heard more security issues than in Miami Gardens itself.
