Amazing

Loved , loved the spot. It has such a unique flare to it and the host give u every thing down to a toothbrush. Close to the beach and downtown Miami. Would stay here any day of a hotel room, it’s very cozy.

Better than a hotel stay!

I couldn’t ask for more than what my host provided during my stay. The host was kind and responsive. The space was very cozy and had everything I needed. I look forward to staying again!

Cute little place

Property was spot on to description. Host was out of town but had a friend onsite to help us. Clean neat and comfortable. We just stayed two nights, so perfect size. Nice neighborhood.

Relaxing spot!

The hosts were super responsive and accommodating to my requests. I ended up being stranded in Miami but staying here gave me the chance to recuperate and wind down. I would stay here again!

Perfect For A Quick Trip!

My childhood friend and I came into town for an anime convention and found this to be a perfect place to rest and recover during our busy weekend. The outside of the property is quaint and the sleeping area, bathroom and kitchenette were clean and perfect for our purposes. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome little place; excellent hosts

My friend and I needed a place for one night before a cruise. She is a nurse and was exhausted. Andy and Sam got us in early and were very gracious. The place has a hundred of little touches that show care and attention to detail. We shall return! 5 stars.

It was absolutely the perfect getaway spot! It was close to everything and I took Ubers, it was cheap. Beautiful place for 2 people, had everything you need and more! Owners made sure it was just perfect! Myself and my husband will definitely be back, multiple times! I absolutely loved it, Five Stars. Thank you for the amazing place to stay on my vacation, felt like home!

Great location but I wouldn’t come back

After the positive reviews we decided to give this place a shot but after driving several hours we were greeted with a very cozy (small) room that smelled like weed. If we weren’t so tired, we would’ve checked into a hotel. Great location but be open to scents. Food & smoke

Very Clean

The efficiency is small but very clean and nice. The description should emphasize that the house number is on the house which has a lot of bushes in front of it. It was hard to see especially in the dark.

Felt right at home!

This Efficiency is so cozy and we felt so welcome! It was clean and looked just like the pictures. It was perfect for 2 people to stay. It has everything you need, including multiple ways to make coffee, a fridge, a plug in stove top with pans, and so much more! They even have extra toiletries in case you forget anything. The location was perfect, 15 minutes or less from the staple Miami spots. I would highly recommend this stay and will consider staying here again if I visit Miami again.

Smelled like Cigarettes

The property was very clean and had many useful amenities but it wreaked of cigarettes for our whole stay. Not sure if they allowed the last guests to smoke in the room or if they’re smokers themselves and it passes into this section the property but it was rather unpleasant

This was a super place from which explore Miami and surrounding areas. The beds were comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. The place had everything and things I wouldn’t have thought I needed but found helpful.
