The hostess was awesome went over and beyond the area is so clean quiet and safe. The house was very convenient. Cozy felt like at home. No complaints would definitely be back. Thanks again for everything. You really made my mom birthday. Surprise the best ever until next time and yes, I give you 20 stars.
Cute, quaint, and comfortable, just a little chilly. Wasn't able to change the temperature in the room but there were plenty of warm blankets in the closet.
The apartment is as pictured. Clean and comfortable for the two of us. The second bedroom is very small but would be fine for children. There are a few local eateries in walking distance. Host responded quickly to any questions.
A great, clean space and Norwin is a good host! If you’re visiting the Miami area, I highly recommend staying here!

The place is a little okay just don’t like the smell and it only one tv in living-room no tv in bedroom and the bunk bed in a washer room sooo little the couch have a wood under it and the towel and rug I don’t like it every thing in there is okay but afford able if u looking for something cheap for few days
We liked the place overall and had a comfortable stay. The location and cleanliness were good. However, the second room is not really a bedroom—it’s very small and feels more like a pantry or storage room. Aside from that, everything else was fine.
This was certainly an interesting property to stay at. First, the location was great (although actually finding the front door was tricky). Super quiet neighborhood and close to a lot of great spots in Miami. Second, it was such a great price and the beds were decent. But if you expect to cook a meal, be disappointed. The pans were small, the stove top kept going to the hottest setting, regardless of where you turn the knob. The fan over the oven doesn’t work. There were no baking sheets or pans. Also, the couch definitely needs to be replaced. The middle feels like it is about to sink to the ground. Also, the washer and dryer take quarters to run. Besides that, the host was very responsive and also left us some sand toys and boogie boards. Everything was clean as well.
I thought Disney was in Orlando but clearly "Mickey Mouse" is right at this address. The host did not respond to my earlier messages prior to arrival. The oven was filthy obviously missed by cleaners. Cupboards were full of date expired food and canned goods. The second bedroom is a joke, a closet converted for bunk beds. Claustrophobic! No outdoor views at any window. Rooms had the odor of strong bugs spray. The patio has a washer and dryer in its midst, coin operated, like the corner laundromat. No decent restaurants nearby. Very disappointing.
The property was clean, functional for post op surgery. Eating places within walking distance. The only thing that I wish was told to us was the construction work that was going to be done next door. It was a little bit of a disturbance when recovering but nothing that will be consistently an issue with the property. Eventually the construction will be complete.
The house was well furnished and stocked. Everything was clean, and the check-in/out process was very easy. Great location in a neighborhood, just a quick drive to Coral Gables or Downtown Miami. The laundry on the back patio is coin operated which was not originally listed in the description. Also, the room with the bunk bed is very small and dark. Perfectly fine for sleeping though. Overall 4.5 / 5 star experience.
We stayed three nights while exploring Miami. The location was great, near several interesting restaurants, and easy driving distance from downtown. The kitchen and bath seem newly renovated. The second bedroom was smaller than I expected but we made it work. The outdoor area (by the laundry equipment) was also very small. Our only complaint is that the owner never answered two messages. I certainly hoped for a response to the second message, about a rodent that got into food on the kitchen counter.
Honest review: Norwin, the host, was polite and accessible, as I contacted him several times leading up to our stay and once during our stay. The location was great, and the neighborhood was decent and quiet, which was very important to us. The lock key box was a little tricky to open, but we managed after a while. The place was clean and had complimentary coffee items and bath products. All the basic needs were there for our stay except a cutting board, but we made it work. Also, the AC took us a while to figure out how to adjust.Although there is a TV in the living room, I wished there was one in the master bedroom because the mattress in the master bedroom was comfortable, as opposed to the couch in the living room, which has bottomed out a few places, and we couldn't relax on it. Hopefully, this can be addressed. Overall, we had a nice stay and would recommend it to others.

Room not what we thought
The cleanliness was really good but there were some issues. The one "bedroom" was the pantry off the kitchen with a bunk bed that wasn't very sturdy for adults to sleep in. There wasn't a window in there and just an accordion door for privacy. No plugs to charge phones and the water heater was on the wall in there. The water pressure was non-existent. The hot water kept going away as you took a shower. The other bedroom was spacious with a queen size bed. As for the communication, I received a message from the owner a few days before we arrived and I answered his questions and I asked a question and they never responded.
In a short review: I will title it—-The Great, The Good, The Fair, & The Ugly.Great: Location, peaceful and quiet, well lit streets, parking space, safe neighborhood, great restaurants closed by.The Good: Adequate space for a couple with or without kids. Well stocked with utensils, dishes, coffee (with all supplies) plenty of towels and other needed toiletries. The Fair: Difficulty opening the lock key box. Called the host he referred to his property mgr. She was very helpful and we did get in.The Ugly: The TV volumen could not be heard or raised. Called the host, left a voicemail the first night we were there, never returned my call. Good thing for our 14” laptop. We called the manager and she wasn’t able to help us. Also, we called her again because there was no bottled opener or cork screw. She was to bring one the following day, never came. Also, the inside of the house needs several cosmetic work.As always we rolled with the punches and had a great stay visiting family and friends.
