Welcome to Casitas Del Lobo! The Seascape Casita is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in the heart of South Padre. Perfect for families or couples. Also Pet friendly.

This condo boasts:
• Two bedrooms and two baths
• Extra living space with a day bed that sleeps 2 guests
• Master bedroom with on-suite bathroom and direct access to back patio
• A dining room table that seats six, with a large open living room providing plenty of space for everyone
• Fully stocked kitchen and charcoal grill to allow your catch of the day to be enjoyed in the backyard or alongside the water
• Granite countertops for easy clean
• New dishwasher
• Desk/work station

We want to provide a stress-free vacation for you with most everything you need. Kid friendly plates and glasses, games, puzzles, beach towels, beach chairs, and toys are all provided. After a day of sun and sand, you will appreciate the comfortable beds and nice linens. Our local manager will be available if you have any questions or concerns.

Rules for dogs - since the backyard is shared, please be sure to pick up any pet messes right away. Also, do not leave your dog in the backyard unattended as that may keep other guests from enjoying the yard. No excessive barking. We do have a $200 pet deposit that is refundable when you leave and no damage has been done.

A good spot for snowbirds, aka winter Texans

Property was just as shown in listing, in good condition and well furnished and supplied. Owner was easy to work with and local manager was excellent, personable and attentive to our needs. We had a good stay!

Hello, we had been having trouble with that bathroom and apologize that it was not left as clean as it should be when it was worked on. Our cleaning staff strives to leave everything wonderful! Also, it sounds like you were there on a busy weekend. Anytime you are in a condo building, you may be able to hear others. I hope otherwise you all had a nice weekend!

We bought Casa Del Lobo in 2018 to provide a special vacation retreat home for family and friends. We were blessed with being able to film an episode of HGTV's Island Life show while we were house hunting on South Padre Island! We have fallen in love with South Padre over the years and bought Casitas Del Lobo in 2022. We currently live in Denton TX but spend as much time at the beach as we can, and hope to move down there full time at some point in the future! Doug, my husband, is an Engineer, and I am a Genetic Counselor with MotherToBaby at UNT. We have three wonderful older kids who love the beach, and our oldest, Shaelynn, now helps us manage our rentals! I have years of property management experience to help your transaction go smoothly. Our on-site manager will make sure your stay is wonderful!
