Excellent stay

We had an excellent stay that exceeded our expectations. The space was neat and clean and had all of the amenities for a comfortable visit. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We hope this place is available next time we come back to the area.

No frills property was clean, functional, and uncomplicated. Great communication. Easy check-in. Easy check-out. Clean Property. Easy parking. Clutter free (I despise over-decorated properties with cluttered tables and walkways). Will stay again.

Mid-week short notice getaway

Booked property less than a week before our trip. Property was well kept and ready for us. Quiet neighborhood close to 81 and centrally located to area activities.

To have parking at the property was a big plus as it was in a residential area with many cars parking on the street. It was a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. I would suggest that you mention that parking is off of Buttonwood street as the GPS takes you to Willow street.The information regarding the living room light could be turned on by pulling the string was not helpful as the string was not there and there was no other lighting available. At first I climbed up on the table which was not a good idea as I am in my 70s, so I changed to carrying in a chair from the kitchen. After doing that 2 times, I took the chain from the fan unit and put it on the light chain. You may want to get another chain to put on the fan before next summer. The bedroom carpets appear to be old and in need of being replaced. I would stay again if in the area as it was convenient to shopping.

Had a great visit. The apartment was much larger than I anticipated. All of the pictures are accurate in terms of the description of the apartment. Easy check in process. One tip I would suggest for future visitors is to bring a surge protector/extension cord, as there are very few outlets to utilize to charge your phone or other devices as an example.

Cozy and Convenient

My husband, myself and our 7 yo dog stayed at the property while I worked at a local hospital. Due to the long hours, I had little time to sleep between shifts. Because the rental was in a quiet area with terrific air conditioners and a comfortable bed, sleeping was not a problem. I felt safe walking my dog around the neighborhood both day and night. The location was close to my work, restaurants and the grocery store. As an added bonus, my husband caught immense catfish in the channel just minutes away from the rental. The host was available for questions but provided the privacy we desire. Thank you for a peaceful stay.
